Totally incompetent, useless customer service. Drivers don't seem to make any attempt to deliver the parcels. Now on 4th rearranged day and still no sign of parcel. 'Game' are using them to deliver - they have now lost a good customer as well.

Parcel delivered to wrong address, contacted customer service and was told I would get a call back! After 40 mins I got back in touch with them to be told nothing can be done for 24 hours!! I said send the driver back to show me where it’s been delivered too, they said he is busy delivering other orders! They will contact me in 24 hours! Just not good enough at all! There was £100 worth of goods in that parcel! They didn’t seem to care at all! Awful!

Everything, It is a mean company. They lied that had attempted to deliver. Unhelpful customer service and they charge for calls per minute. Avoid!

Unless you want your order delivered to someone else’s address, someone who lives nearly 3 miles away from you, I honestly wouldn’t choose this company and I wish other companies wouldn’t use them as their courier. My order was delivered to another persons address and I only found out my ringing 2 different companies. Yodel were adamant that their driver was telling the truth and they delivered it to my address even though an email states it was given to a neighbour, albeit someone who lives THREE MILES from me. Yodel said that they would pick up my parcel then deliver it to me and finally stated that I should just claim it back through missing order. Pathetic company that expects you to correct their mistakes. Love how I’m being asked whether my parcel arrived on time. IT NEVER ARRIVED

I purchase good on ebay from china ,so would take about 1 to 2 months .2 months still no goods . So I got hold of china about the goods.They said its bin delivered by yodel and they give me the tracking number .Look it up , delivered and authorization to level it outside my front door .Now live in a block of flats ,so I won't authorization to level it outside my front door , people go in and out of the block of flats , and I did not get a card,so I could not claim off ebay because it's gone over time

Even 0 stars would be too generous!!! The service standard of all delivery companies is on the decline anyway, but Yodel is simply the worst among them. I have never been this frustrated and furious with a company. Yodel is totally irresponsible. I have paid for their express (24-hour) delivery service to send a parcel to a client. When I tried to book on Monday for collection on Tuesday, I realised that I couldn't choose the exact collection time. The only choice was 9:00-18:00 for collection. Knowing that I wouldn't be there from 9:00-11:00 on Tuesday, although I would be free from 11:00 to 18:00 for collection, I was forced to choose 9:00-18:00 Wednesday as the collection time instead. Then, on Wednesday, I was waiting there at the office the whole day, checking the status online every hour - but they never updated their tracking information until the evening, with a status that read "collection unsuccessful, parcel not ready". Come on, the parcel has been ready for 2 days (since I booked the collection on Monday)!! I actually tried to call their customer service hotline at around 6:15 pm on Wed (the service runs until 7 pm, as per their website), not only did I have to pay, but there's nobody to speak to. There was pre-recorded unuseful information on the phone and then the line was bluntly cut (and the price was definitely not 1p per minute as stated on their website). I used their web-chat and after waiting for 30 minutes, the lady told me that "Yodel is responsible for delivery, not for collection. Please contact the collection company" - Sorry? I booked it through their website! What was she trying to say? So anyway, I rebooked on Wednesday evening for collection on Thursday 9:00-18:00. Again, wasted the whole day, though they updated the tracking information at around 14:00 saying "not there, card left". So I went out of the office to see if there's any card on the floor. None! Apparently, they lied. So at 14:30, I decided to not waste my time and energy anymore, and took the parcel to the post office and sent it by Parcel Force. I honestly think Yodel should not be given any license to run their business. Utter rubbish!

I am building (or having built) my own house with me as project manager. I have had some good deliveries and some not so good. Various reasons. The only company that has totally messed up is YODEL. I have only had 2 things that were meant to be delivered by YODEL. The first, 'apparently' YODEL tried to deliver twice. Except I was in and there were no attempts made (or cards). The third was a different driver and I got the item. Today I got a message to say my delivery had been made - and signed for. WRONG - I am in, no one has attempted delivery never mind succeeded. I don't know who has got my item, which I am waiting for, but it isn't me. No excuse this day and age when we have mobile phones and the internet. YODEL fails again. Oh - and their customer service. I don't call what they do service. They will do a call back ... if you want to use them for deliveries otherwise there is no way to contact them. Webchat you say???? Since the confirmation of alleged delivery at 19:20 I have tried to get on their webchat at least 30 times. Each time 'all our agents are busy please try again'. Until the final time - we are now closed and will open again at 8am. It's worse, much worse, than trying to get a Dr's appointment. AND the 2 not applicables below. Delivery on time - N/A not delivered Communicate N/A only option webchat. Webchat constantly too busy (I wonder why) to take call.

The most useless customer service on earth. My package has not been delivered, and I have the tracking number and all details, but they refuse to help because some detail I told them is not on their system - but they won't tell me why or how. You cannot get a person on the phone, there is no supervisor to go to.... he just cut me off.

I sent an £800 CPU back to overclockers.. yodel stated delivery on the 19th and signed for.. the guy who signed for the item was not even in work that day, so it was faked... I was on the phone to customer service who stated the item was scanned in error and would be redlivered, 3 hours later the depot said they have lost the item nothing they can do... yodel are lying and steeling peoples property

The worst company on the market. Laying about attempted delivery. I was waiting for the parcel half day just to find card in my door !!!! Driver not bother to knock to the door but did have time to put the card in the post !!!!! so angry

yodel was suppose to pick my parcel up yesterday. took a day off from work waited in all day got a email at 4.30pm saying there sorry that i have to rebook , this is the second day i have taken off still waiting for them to pick up the parcel i have called them emailed them and they have not replied .These people are taken the P... WHY are they allowed to advertise there servers??????

Zero stars, have lived at my address for 20 years, Yodel can never find it! I have had hundreds of parcels delivered by every other courier on the planet! Parcel left 20 houses away, no card and some random numbers left as the location on the website. I rang them to locate it and the phone call cost me £5!!!!!!!!!!!! Their website says 1p a minute! I am not buying from anyone the deliver for, this includes big names like Asos, Argos (thats just the A's!) all the way to Z. They utterly refuse to give me five quid, how brilliant they are at reassuring their customers that they care!! Incompetent would be a compliment!

Although Yodel claimed parcel delivered and signed for it was, in fact, left by a neighbours patio! Not the first time this hss happened with Yodel.

Evertime i use anything that uses your company there is a mess up. I'm 41 weeks pregnant and just found out our car seat was no good. I ordered one because I needed NOW. I'm literally in slow labour. Only to have your damn depot not bother to issue it to any drivers. I got the pram though. Now it's closed until Monday. So why am I supposed to do in the meantime. Your a usless company with and absolutely useless CSA team. You need closing down!

This company is the worst delivery… This company is the worst delivery company, had a delivery to my home address that i wasn't in to receive, now i have changed the delivery address to my work address they still try and deliver to my home address. the staff on the web chat are so rude and dont help you solve anything like changing an address. to finally try and change my address i had to ring the customer i had ordered the product from as the Yodel staff would not speak to me as my 'personal information was wrong as i had changed my address' to get the delivery to be delivered to my work address. Yodel then promissed to deliver the goods to my work place the following day which they failed to do so and again delivery it to my home address. i dont know how this company calls themself a delivery company when they cant achieve the simplest tasks. absoutely useless is an understatement.

If there is a chance to choose zero star, I would definitely do! This is third parcel to do delivered during this month and third headache (previous two ended up with collection at deport point). On the website they say "sorry we missed you" , even though we are at home and they never leave a card, they even do not send emails (as they did before) saying your drive is on the way. But today they "did not find out property" ... sorry, WHAT? are you serious, yodel????

Whenever I have deliveries from anyone else they are successful. The odd few yodel deliveries never are. Today I have been in waiting only to find a card in my post box to say they sorry they missed me but I was here so was my neighbour????? Has happened before how can this be
