Automatically attempted redelivery when I didn't want that as I knew I'd be out. On the 3rd attempt, waiting all day and saw via tracking they were a mile away and we were 14th in line to get our delivery. Next thing, get told they 'couldn't deliver'. No calling card and no option to arrange delivery again. Collection depot is 25 miles away. Untrustworthy at best and fraudulent at worst - if they run out of time to deliver, they'll simply pretend they tried and you weren't there. Absolutely infuriating and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid.

Paid for my delivery to be 5 days late. Won't be using Yodel again or any company who uses them.

Every single time have problems with Yodel.. Try to avoid it but somehow end up with this useless delivery company.. waiting at home all day just to get this parcel, received msg saying it is left with neighbour, details in card..checked under the door, post box..there is no card! checked online to find out, left with Nisa shop..went to Nisa , they say they refused to take.. called Yodel, they say it takes 24 hours to investigate... paid extra to get this urgent parcel and end up dealing with these incompetent, useless liars..And seeing other reviews I am not the only one... I would not use any business using Yodel either I hate Yodel!!!!

I would rate no stars if I could. Worst company EVER, liars and scumbags. Payed next day delivery on Sunday afternoon it is now Thursday. Do not order from shops with this delivery service. They lie about trying to deliver you parcel to get the day off!!!!

Delivery Driver NEVER EVER turned up at my door, as we were at home all day on the said day of delivery, although the delivery note says the good was delivered to my address! A fictional name, JACK, was used to sign for the good by the driver! How bad is that? This is very disappointing! We lost the good, money, time, energy etc etc!!! Please do not do this to others!

It's a pity one can only award one star. Yodel failed to complete its core duty to deliver goods. I received a message at 7am on 1st Sept saying the goods had been delivered and left in a safe place and that a card had been left. No tracking number was mentioned on the card. A search of the premises and enquiries with the neighbours failed. No parcel or card could be found. I tried webchat. After waiting over 10 minutes to be connected I started typing my enquiry and within a few minutes a message came up to say that since nothing had been heard from me "for some time" the connection was being ended. Re connection resulted in another long wait. The result of webchat was that the depot would interview the driver to find out where the parcel was left but that it would take 24 hours. No contact was made about the driver's interview. I had to ask for the tracking number and I tracked the parcel. The result was that the parcel had been left in the front porch We don't have a front porch. Another attempt at webchat convinced me that I was on the Yodel Merry-go-round. I asked what happens now. I was referred to the supplier who has undertaken to replace the goods FOC. If your customers find it more cost effective to take the hit than to complain about the poor service your company gives then there is no incentive on your part to do a proper job.

Terrible service - goods always being stollen Had a laptop stollen in their network had a camera stollen in their network. Made the mistake of buying some shirts for a wedding from an Amazon seller, to find out they used Yodel - no surprise they never got here, we got a card instead which unreadable scribble from the moron driver - Yodel tracking system said the goods had been delivered even though they left a card saying they hadnt held for an hour to speak with customers services only to be told not their problem, talk to the seller. Wedding now being ruined by the worst courier company in the world using a stranger would be more relable than Terrible Yodel

Waited in all day Thurs. for parcel, then informed it would be Fri. Notified of delivery failure and card that had been left, not only were we in no card was found. Tracked parcel all day Sat. notified by e-mail successful delivery at 8:30pm No. Yodel e-mail address invalid, automated system confirmed delivery on Sat. Strange as it may seem but this parcel that was according to Yodel successfully delivered on Sat. turned up on Mon. Tried talking to driver complete and utter waste of time.

Four days have been wasted through waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Allegedly, I wasn't at home and cards were left but this is a complete fabrication. I had a webchat conversation and left my phone number in case the driver had problems finding my address but did not get a call. Customer tracking information by telephone is automated and you cannot get a satisfactory response therefore. I have no trust in this company, and will only use companies that do not use Yodel in the future.

First parcel didn't arrive but had been signed for???? Very iffy so parcel sent again, you never get a time or communication from driver so left up in the air and have to stay in all day, then they dont come to your door, the tracking says missed you and card left, but no card arrives either. Ended up requesting parcel to go back to sender as it started taking over my life. Disgusting service and would never use them,hopefully companies won't either as doesn't look good on them.

Your delivery driver claimed yesterday that he made an attempt to deliver my parcel. I was at my house with 2 other family members waiting for that parcel to arrive. When I spoke to Nadia via live chat she then said it appears the attempt was made to the wrong address. How can this be possible? Much to my dismay I wanted to register a complaint about this to which I was told I could not by Nadia. I was then assured a re-delivery attempt would be made and it was this morning TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Now the parcel was refused as it did not belong to the people your driver had attempted to deliver it to. Now my parcel is being returned to the sender. I have been waiting for this parcel for a while as it was being delivered from USA. I have lived at this address for over 11 years and every single other courier has never had any problems with delivering parcels to my address but you. I have left negative feedback everywhere concerned about this terrible experience and have also taken to social media to also express my dissatisfaction at your rubbish service. Your service is so bad my brother had to go out the next day himself to look for your driver, whom he found parked up at a completely different street. Had I known your deliver drivers were truly this incompetent I too would have done the same today. Instead I blindly placed my faith in you and I’ve paid a heavy price for it. Thanks for nothing! I will avoid using companies that use your service to deliver parcels from now on

Delivered parcel to wrong addres 1.2 miles away. Not the same street name or postcode. Now parcel has disappeared. Been chasing yodel for a week. Can't get past some Indian call centre to speak to a manager. Absolute joke. Would give them -10 star if possible

2 days late could almost see girl at other end of phone shrug her shoulders , then read feedback on ebay seller most of his negative and neutral feedback was because of late delivery???? cheap yes but at what cost , yodel need bigger pigeons maybe .

I am trying to get Aldi returns picked up and yup they use rubbish Yodel as there courier (failed twice to pickup and all Aldi do is rearrange pickup again with these muppetts) The issue that I have experienced was: I have tried to get this returned but Aldi have failed twice to collect on the allotted day then they keep calling to do more pickups and are not addressing the fact that they are unreliable and do not pick up i have offered to drop at an Aldi the returns or send by parcel force but they dont want this they want to continuously arrange none pickups It occurred twice

Extremely rude customer service on 2 occasions out 3. Disconnect as soon as they can, don’t even wait to hear what the customer has said. I think it was someone named Nadia(?) that was assigned to me - extremely unhelpful. Would never want this company to ship any of my products; could not deliver it on 2 occasions

I waited in for my parcel to be delivered as it required a signature. It was delivered to the lobby of the apartment block, not my apartment, for anyone to take it, I have no idea who signed for it, and no attempt was made to deliver it to my apartment. Unacceptable that my parcel was left in an insecure location.

Shambles false information an email said they would collect Monday a text msg said they would collect at 1900 hrs outside their pick up margin! No one arrived ! Then the lies begin a msg saying no one at home card left. Someone WAS at home no card WAS left. This was the 24 hour delivery service which costs more! Day 2 Tuesday no collection next lie number 2 No one at home card left. Someone was home and again NO CAED left. There was a no one at home card left msg on the tracking system followed three hours later by a driver on route to collect the parcel !!?? I phoned the Indian call centre one operative put the phone down hung up and said they were not allowed to talk to me ???!!! I phoned yesterday a recorded computer msg said phone up Yodel as there was a problem with my parcel.?? The parcel arrived today in a plain white van. Out of curiousity I checked the tracking system. Yes it said parcel delivered. It also had a picture of a customer signature !! I never signed anything! That wasn't my signature!! Someone is making false signatures. The parcel arrived late difficult to communicate with the company only chat is not effective they have no way of communicating with anyone ?!! lies innacurate information unreliable. Very poor service stay away avoid at all costs.
