Useless delivery company. I wonder how many good trader are suffering, because of them. It has been like that for years, wonder how they are still in business. Miserable experience every time we 're diling with them. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

This is the worst service ever... they delivered to wrong address and then I spent over 40mins on hold with no result and now seem to have lost my order & parcel ! All info sent to CS as they requested below and still no update or reply ... it’s now the worst service I have experienced considering the value of my order ! The courier has called back to our home stating on Tuesday he delivered the package at the wrong address and requested now for my wife to go and pick it up ! He dropped it outside the wrong address and signed for it himself !! A shocking service overall and never to be used in the future.

This is the worst delivery service ever! Left my parcel,on the front step for all to see when they were told to leave in a safe place, also left NO card. Next parcel, they said I was out!! I’d been sat in the house all evening, had gotten late so they couldn’t be bothered more like!! Yodel you are useless.

Yodel said attempted delivery but missed me. I have been here all afternoon waiting. No delivery attempt at all. What a joke yodel.

Waited all day for my parcel . Then told sorry we missed you card left. No knock no card no help from customer Complaints After spending Loads of money on the phone call . Will not use any firm That use yodel from now on this is not the only problem with this firm

Yodel is an absolute disgrace. I am submitting a complaint to Habitat this evening. Yodel are have THE worst reputation in the business and deservedly so. “Could not gain access” being one of their favourite excuses for not bothering to deliver. Falsehoods are second nature to this toxic business. Avoid.

Very bad customer service. Tracking information don't update in the website. There is no way to talk to a person by phone. Automatic phone reply don't give correct information and charge 1p per minute. Driver don't knock the door and just leaves a card.

I live in a flat and was in all day when the parcel was supposed to be delivered. When I looked at my tracking the parcel had supposedly been delivered. No one had called or tried to contact me for delivery. I contacted customer services who told me it would be 24 hours before they can interview the driver. It had been left in a porch - I don't have a porch. Terrible customer service. If companies use Yodel I will not purchase with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...... it says "Sorry we were unable to locate your property. Please contact us." The address they could not find is, 50 Manchester Street, Manchester, M16 9GZ. I DO NOT know how on earth can someone NOT being able to find this address... its everywhere and its clearly marked on every map. Even on YODEL OWN Tracking website the address was marked clearly, but those idiots could not find the address means they employ absolute idiots with no education to look at a map and read a map. And the customer service is even worse. They ask me for directions and landmarks to my address, as if I live in a rural remote area. The only land marks and directions I can give is already clearly marked on EVERY online map that you can find in the internet. AVOID...... AT ALL COSTS......

Utterly Useless Threw my delicate parcel into the garden of a house 50 metres and three houses away from me after leaving me a card saying that they had missed me and that the parcel was with the courier since it needed a signature. The house it was left in the garden of was unoccupied. They must be incredibly cheap or no supplier would dream of using them.

Last time a collection was arranged the driver didn't turn up, but reported back that no-one was in. In that case he would have left a card, wouldn't he? And my security cameras showed that no-one had called anyway, quite apart from the fact that I was in all day. Today another collection was booked so I again stayed in all day, but they simply didn't turn up. No explanation given. Their "Help" centre said the timescales are not guaranteed, and that seems to include the agreed day as well. However, their terms and conditions don't mention this, so as far as I'm concerned the contract is the collection date agreed and confirmed in their email.

The driver said he couldn’t gain access to my house !!! What a load of rubbish !, No card left so I seriously doubt the driver went anywhere near my house !!! To make things worse though is the couldn’t give a damn attitude of the help desk Absolutely awful company . Please please stores STOP using them

My package was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. They left it in an 'out building' on someone else's property. I have contacted them and been informed that they won't do anything for 24 hours, which means that my package will be in a stranger's possession for that length of time. So far I have been hung up on by five.... I repeat, FIVE helpline assistants who couldn't satisfactorily answer my questions. Seriously, Yodel. This is pathetic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service.

Deceiving information. App - unreliable for a serious person doing serious business. WebChat has less information than you do. Great time waster Worst delivery experience by a big margin.

I purchased an item from a online store for my sons birthday and paid for 48hr delivery. I received a email with the tracking number on the day of delivery I tried to track it and all I got was that it had been shipped to 3 sorting hubs and 3 national hubs. on speaking online to an adviser (40 minutes) I found out that it had been sent to the wrong hub.
