My parcel was apparently left in the rain in full sight of the road and passers-by I never received the parcel apparently the driver signed my name himself I had to ring yodel seven times and go through their atrocious waiting system only to be given miss information and lies this was a Christmas present which cost nearly £100 I have now waited a month still no luck with a refund and this is ongoing

All my tracking services say my parcel has been delivered. There was no knock at the door, no card has been left. There appears to be no one able to help me on the website. Also it seems Yodel only responds to positive feedback which makes me assume they don't take responsibility for their actions. I have ordered parcels from this company many a times they used to deliver with DPD and my parcels always arrived on time and were left with a slip through the door. The last 2 times Yodel have delivered them, last time the driver couldn't find my address but called and delivered it. This time I have had nothing.

My experience has been terrible. I watched the driver on the tracking app as it said he was 1 stop away then all of a sudden the app information changed to say they attempted to deliver but had access restrictions which is completely garbage as there is no restrictions what so ever, I paid to have this delivered on that specific day so it was a massive unconvince, I then proceeded to contact the chat support team and they where less than helpfull cut off from the first person mid typing and then the second person was of no help what so ever and also disconnected me mid typing. No resolve to my query and left without a rather important package. Will not be using them at any cost.

This is the worst company ever , driver turn and said my van is full I will come back in two hours and no show. I have rebooted collection for the same item four times but to no avail. Now its time to get a refund, they couldn't find my Yodel reference number. What a joke

This is the second time with yodel just left my parcel outside so when I came back it was not there tried to get money back off seller but no joy as was tracked and said delivered.. rand yodel lots of times had a £40 pound phone bill over 2 months still no joy and no money back... today sat in waiting by my door then got message sorry we missed you they didn’t even bother to knock on the door so lied and didn’t bother to deliver my parcel DONT USE

It’a Unbelievable!! I wait all day to have my delivery in the shop (in the second line of address is wrote the name of the shop to be sure ... anyway it’s not so difficult tu read an address ) I even didn’t go to take food to the shop for my break and then ..... They send me a message that I didn’t was to the place so they leave the card!! What!!??? I said to their chat that i’m In the shop (me and other 3 people ) and no one is come and you know what they said ?! I am so sorry for this matter, the drivers location at the time of delivery is accurate. Whaaaaat?? All the people in the shop are liar!! I hope I will never have delivery to them!! Also I will never order again (£200) from the website which use this delivery!!!

My parcel should have been delivered on 14 December, it didn't arrive, apparently the postcode was wrong. I rang customer service, gave them the correct postage and was assured my parcel would be delivered the next day, it didn't arrive, I rang several times and was told each time the parcel will be delivered tomorrow, well tomorrow never came. I rang yet again and was promised my parcel would definitely be here before Christmas. It is now 27 December, still nothing so I got in touch yet again and was told the parcel was being returned to the sender. This is totally unacceptable, I was assured each time I rang that the advisors had rang the depot and given them the correct postcode. I will never ever use Yodel again. What a fiasco.

Driver lied ..said he had called at our home today said no one home so left a card. Guess what he didn't as we didn't leave the house allday as the delivery we were expecting was very urgent. My partner needed the parcel so we tracked the vehicle and he was 7 drops away. But guess what just as we had tracked the drops we had a message saying he had called. Untrustworthy would never use them again.Certainly wouldn't recommend..lesson learnt never use Yodel again

Worst courier company hands down. In fact, they have been the worst for buyers and sellers for the past 2 years running. I have used a lot of courier companies and Yodel are the worst. Firstly, the driver failed to deliver my parcel. Rang the delivery driver (Wayne from Nottingham) from the number given in the email, and he was so rude. All I got was one word answers and really rude. He text me the following day saying "waste of time, nobody in, Yodel". I mean how rude?! I had to travel to another city (Alfreton) to collect my parcel. I filed a complaint against the driver through the manager. I think Yodel needs to, as a minimum, train their drivers to have people skills and learn how to speak to people properly. The parcel was also damaged when I got it. Do not recommend Yodel at all.

Waited in all day for parcel to be delivered, after 2nd attempt, tracking stopped and parcel never came, absolute joke, have no problems with other companies, avoid them, useless

It's not just deliveries that are a concern. One of their HGV drivers took issue with me on a motorway when I overtook him prior to leaving the motorway. Accelerated up to me flashing his lights and sounding his horn as I slowed behind traffic approaching the exit slip road then overtook and deliberately cut in and forced me off the carriageway. As I accelerated up the slip road he made obscene gestures at me. Wrote to the company CEO about the driver's reckless and dangerous behaviour. They replied saying they were very sorry and would investigate and get back to me within a week. That was three months ago, and they have totally ignored several follow ups. What a company! 3% recommendation on reviews seems generous to me!

received a message on thursday saying delivery attempted at 5.10pm to my work address and failed. That's a lie as I was stood by the front door 5pm until 5.20pm waiting for a taxi. Message said a card was posted. No card posted, handed in or stuck to the front door. No second delivery attempted on Friday either so at 5pm yesterday changed the delivery address to home as I am not at work until after new year. received a confirmation email from yodel saying delivery would be today. Still no delivery. Waited in all day. can't get through on the phone so tried Web chat. person at the other end couldn't verify any details. I gave him the name, tracking number and both delivery addresses. Still can't confirm the details. What else do they want?? Asked to speak with a manager. message came back stating sorry we can't help. chat disconnected. Really? Where's my parcel?

This company should not be in business. A bunch of liars! Disgraceful company. I have been been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for 3 days only to be told every day that they missed me. However the driver never turned up, no one ringed the bell, no one called, no delivery note left.. Two days I was also waiting in front of the flat..the driver was never even around..Then now they are telling me I can pick up my parcel from depot, because I missed them 3 times already. I am disgusted! Please stay away from them!

Company like this should never be in business, they simply just lie, lie nothing but lies... how could this kind of company still running business? all they do just to let people down, all they do is sending you email and said sorry to missed you but they have never been they nor leave any calling card... The so call ceo is a sick individual running a sick company... Just keep a very far away from Yodel.. There should not be even any star at all!!!

The worst delivery company ever ever!!!! I'v been tracking item on line, but as soon as my address was first in a queue they say they did not find me at home so left calling card! Despite I am sitting and waiting. The same happen with item I bought on Very, I had to return it back as 3 times driver did not deliver despite I was at home. And now the same happening with item from eBay. Each time I order something I hope that not Yodel is delivering it.. Avoid this company if you can!!!
