Disgusted with their service and customer service is non existent. After being told a manager would contact me within 24 hours i’m still waiting 3 days later🤬🤬🤬

If there was a zero id be giving it missed my parcel didn’t even know it was being delivered no communication what so ever and no contact details on the green card what was left ticked the catogory no safe place to leave parcel I’ve only got 40 neighbors in my street 😡not got a clue when it’s coming absolutely disgusting service thought the rumours about this company was a little over exaggerated but seems like there true will never use these again

Absolutely useless. Delivered to the wrong address. The Preston depot is run by a moron who refuses to speak to you. 3 days later and after two promises to collect and re deliver, nothing. The driver from Preston is useless and their customer service are pathetic. Zero stars.

Delivery attempted but as I was not available it was not left with a neighbour. Contacted online chat customer service following morning to try and make arrangements and agent extremely unhelpful, took ages to respond but tried to shut down chat before I could respond in less than a minute. Requested a manager call back to discuss my issues, that should have happened yesterday afternoon, it didn’t. Ended up using automated line to rearrange delivery for today, said it had been done but it hasn’t arrived and isn’t even showing as ready for delivery just in depot. I don’t drive so can’t collect so my package will more than likely end up returned as I won’t be available in the week to accept it. Can’t get through to anyone today as lines now closed, online chat has been unavailable all day and when I checked for yesterday’s transcript it’s viewing has ‘expired’ how convenient. Very disappointed as I paid extra with the merchant for next day delivery. I’ll keep it standard from now on as the courier who manages those is much easier to deal with

Lost my parcel and won’t help me find it. What a mess this company is, poor customer service and no guilt or remorse for losing my parcel, simply fobbed me off.

My packages were delivered to my bin, my bin was empty when I got home and yodel won't accept responsibility because the yodel note that their yodel driver left with their yodel number on does not match the information that their yodel systems show. Theyve decided they can't do anything and I'm hundreds out of pocket. I spoke to 2 represtatives who said they couldn't help after giving address and package number because someone typed the info wrong on their system so they've logged incorrect info too breaking data protection laws. Frustrating because I as the customer can't do anything and yodel who take responsibility for their information, employees, deliveries and mistakes are saying they won't do anything.

3 Times they said they tried to deliver 1st time to my works address at 6pm boss works late no one attempted to deliver parcel 2nd night tracked delivery 6 drops away I get in my car sit in works car park headlights on from 5:45 until 6:10 then tracker says sorry we missed you at 6:03 no one even entered carpark 3rd night I changed addresses to my home address same thing track drivers coming towards my home I leave all lights on curtains pulled back and then again sorry we’ve missed you Yodel never tried to deliver does anybody ever get a delivery off this company that evening I cancelled my order from Argos and went in store to pick it up !

If you do not mind nobody and you are not interested in spending your money at home, Yodel is the worst delivery company. I'll get to complain to the head office and I'll even go there. This company is fake and cheats customers. Th driver don't leave note card this is stupid Company

Customer service is a joke. Wasted all day waiting for a parcel and when I contacted customer service, they don't give you an answer at all.They are waste of space

My item apparently was leftnwith a neighbour but yet no card or anything still havent got my car seat no one showed up here to even give anyone a parcel ! I will never ever order again .. i got a car seat from asda and yodal surposed to delievr it ive been waitiing sice the 21st wen (it. Was surposed ti be delivered) and its now the 23 and asda are still waiting for a reply what a joke of a company you might aswell shut your company down your a lieability’s absolutely dicussed they have t nicked off me they have taken a childs car seat what aint cheap !!!!!

Abysmal service... The Courier didn't collect and then the morning after at 7am I receive a message saying I wasn't available and to contact the courier by the phone provide on the card?! Which card? None was to be found. Then on their website it shows as the parcel has been collected?! And on transit?! While the parcel is still here waiting for collection. I can't contact anyone from Yodel - the only way is via email but this is a "no reply" one so none is going to read it , I can't apply for a refund because the parcel (according to them) is on transit?! This is a scam. I had to resort by claiming a Visa Dispute with my bank to get my money back. Stay away.

Absolutely dishonest service Saying the customer wasn’t home or the house/flat was not accessible each time they miss a delivery!!!! Strange that each time I order something and the delivery company is different that Yodel the parcel gets delivered on the dot!

I have lost count the parcels that Yodel have been unable to deliver ! The latest item, a car mat ordered on Ebay, has now gone AWOL as well ! How is this company being allowed to operate? They actually make Hermes look good & Hermes are another atrocious courier ! Tracking: JD0002256776050968 I await the bog standard "We are very sorry" message ! But save us both the bother & just go out of business, I beg you !

I had asked about the delivered parcel that I didn't recieve, to which I found out that it was supposedly signed for. The tracking showed me that the parcel wasn't remotely close to where I live, and when I FINALLY got in touch with their online advisors, they told me to contact the seller, who has no control over delivering my parcel. Absolutely useless company that needs to be stopped.

All to do with the delivery driver , very rude , lazy and lies, I paid for my parcel to be delivered to my address and not else where unless arranged , at home all day then told it’s been delivered by email, now trying to find it , fuming

Useless, 3 days I have contacted Yodel to deliver my parcel, they do not listen and cannot follow easy instruction like address with postcode, really, what is the point of this company. Plenty of other couriers out there

4 Days they are failing to deliver the parcel. The customer service is not that bad but While I am checking the map every few seconds, I am waiting out of my flat and the driver said that "he could not access the property" while nobody came around me. This is the worst experience ever! I tried to give them my phone number but they said "the driver is not allowed to call customers". Like for god's sake. If he can not even find an address or even deliver a parcel whats tthe point??? Terrible!
