“Absolutely useless! App stated they had a parcel (my son's birthday present) on December 2nd. No updates. Attempted to use the web chat 3 times, to no avail (waited 90 minutes each time for an agent to connect). In the end, I had to cancel the present (12th December), sit £100 out-of-pocket whilst awaiting a refund, and buy the same present again.
Dreadful service. Wouldn't be surprised if they went bust at this rate.”
“I wanted to surprise my friend who was going through a rough time with some flowers. I paid extra for the next day delivery and so should have been delivered on a Tuesday. It's now Friday evening and the update from Yodel is... we have it. It's been like that since Monday midnight when I first got the email. Still not out for delivery after a few days. Tried to contact them but no luck there. Had to ask the florist for a replacement bouquet, I hope they don't use the same couriers because I will not order with that florist again then.
And I had to ruin the surprise asking if my friend would still be working in the office next week as I don't have her new home address yet.

“AVOID THIS DELIVERY COMPANY! Absolutely appalling service. I've been home all day waiting for a delivery that was supposedly "out for delivery" since yesterday. They even had the audacity to claim they "missed" me today (13/12/24 at 12:44) when no delivery attempt was even made. I haven't left the house! This is a blatant lie. They keep pushing back the delivery with vague updates, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and use a different carrier. Here's the timeline of their misleading updates:
13/12/24 12:44: "Sorry we missed you." (LIE - no one came)
13/12/24 11:00: "Your parcel is with one of our drivers for delivery." (Doubtful)
13/12/24 10:59: "We have your parcel."
12/12/24 11:37: "Your parcel is at your delivery depot."
11/12/24 12:44: "Your parcel is at your delivery depot."

Telephone once your through the is it this number oh no let’s try another !! Even though you have given the number . Then you wait and you wait to what must be the most annoying recording !! 20minutes the first time .23 minutes the second and 30 minutes the third and still no one picks up !!

“If a company uses yodel don’t purchase from them. Scam company with the worst customer service ever. Got a card though the door saying they tried to deliver but and left it at 15, I live on a junction between 2 streets and my street itself runs across the top of multiple streets all have a number 15. Knocked on a few and they don’t have it and one i definitely won’t have it cause they work all day so aren’t in so where is the parcel. Probably stolen by the driver going off these reviews.
