“Booo.. pretended to deliver parcel I was in and can see the door, no card left anyway so total lie. On the 'APP' states still in transit then on a diff page tried to deliver well make your mind up it was either TRIED or still in the van hmmm. Then a SMS code got sent saying you have 30 mins to use code! Where? Where do I use the code within 30 mins? Space? The public toilet? What is that code for? (obviously to collect something somewhere that is still in transit). Apparently I have to wait upto 25 days according to another page on the app. Just use Royal Mail as I doubt very much I will ever see this parcel in this lifetime.”
“Parcel was due 9th December still not here, the company I bought the item off gave me a number of Yodel at Lincoln Depot where my parcel was apparently held up. Rang number given got an automated service which asked for ref which I gave them they then said my parcel will be delivered tomorrow..?”

“After working for yodel as self employed delivery driver, they don't want to pay me for the job I have done, they said their payment is after 4 weeks but now is more than 7 weeks I have not been paid. I went to the office they started saying I have not completed background checks, if I haven't done my background checks how then did you employ me and gave me parcels for delivery, they are there looking for all avenues to be taking people's money after working for them.
But they must pay me my money. I spent money to buy petrol and went for the delivery.”

“Absolute disgraceful company. I’ve been waiting on my parcel from Office Shoes online since 5/12/24. I’ve been tracking a watching 3 attempted deliveries. After 5 days of trying to make contact via phone email and live chat I eventually stopped a driver for yodel in the street who gave me a “ direct contact number “ . A girl eventually answered the phone asking me if I wanted to make an 80 mile round trip to collect the parcel in Omagh. When I made my feelings known about this she hung the phone up. I’ve been sitting now another hour but she’s not answering the phone - totally shambolic service”
“Absolutely appalled, disgusting the way I have been treated, got a email last night say I will get my parcel on the 17th December, took a day off work, NO parcel no driver, contacted yodel spoke to JAI, told me basically tuff luck and to wait, could be tomorrow or when ever, took absolutely ages to reply to me and then rudely and abruptly ended the chat. I feel so angry and cheated. Avoid yodel at all cost.”

“Parcel found by someone in the local village, had been dumped in the ditch with another one, contents soaking wet, tried to contact them through their chat feature no response, left a bad review suddenly they wanted to discuss it! According to local Facebook group, dozens of parcels were thrown in ditches that evening and many are still looking for their parcels. Will not order from companies that use yodel now”
“Tracking places parcel at Yodel on 6th Dec no activity since then. Wasted 6 hours yesterday and today till I finally spoke to someone who informed me the parcel is lost and told me to ring sender and get a refund. I've been waiting for my parcel for a week and still nothing. they started by trying to delivery to an office after 8PM (closes at 5pm), you can't get hold of anyone, the online chat doesn't work. so decided to delivery to YODEL shop, NOPE, it won't let you actually select this. so after 3 attempts to delivery to work after 8pm. i've manually asked to change address to the local Yodel shop. so today at 8.53am - your parcel will be delivery this afternoon/evening. 16.44 - the parcel still hasn't even left the depot. i can't pick the parcel up, as depot is 44 miles away. can't get it delivered to home - as it's in a different catchment area.

“They have not updated my parcel tracking in almost a week now it was due today latest and it hasn’t even been processed all i know is they’ve got it. but how true is that. This was a christmas present and i wasted so much money for it to just not come. You cannot get through to customer service it doesn’t exist. This is a scam delivery centre.”

Spent 2hrs at Bellshill depot to find out they do not know where my parcel is (after more than q week delay,and after Yodel sending email they have my oarcel,I can collect it in persob).
