“Just been to collect a parcel from King Edwards store in Basildon the Asian shopkeeper is extremely rude and offensive and basically hates you picking up parcels. He doesn’t want parcels in his store so I don’t know why Yodel don’t bother to collaborate with him. He basically told me we don’t want parcels so go away Absolutely disgusting rude vile man in the evening there really nice English guy who’s very professional and Scottish because he does a great job but this other person who’s obviously the shopkeeper and probably the owner of the shop is vile. I would highly recommend nobody goes to that store. Get to another store with any pack or any products that you want to buy because he’s vile I’ve put in a complaint to yodel and I’ve also got reviews. Just don’t want anyone else to experience.”

Parcel was supposed to be delivered today. Waited in during the two hour delivery window. Then received an email saying sorry they missed us! No evidence even on the ring camera recordings…

“Most of my updates for parcels I have been waiting to receive from yodel have either been delayed, cancelled or returned to the sender.
I’m so frustrated that I can’t speak to a human customer service representative about this.
I have had several updates which have said my parcel was refused at the door, this is a lie.
They are large household items that I need and have been excited about receiving the.
The delivery drivers lie and are playing with peoples precious items.
They are the worst shipping company I have ever experienced and would never use them by my own choosing.

“Horrendous experience with Yodel, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Never received parcel after weeks! Tried so many times calling during office hours to automated message stating office hours then phone goes dead. Web chat a joke no one responds. Spent so much time getting nowhere!”

“Package sat in the local depot for 7 days and Yodel kept making excuses for non delivery. I contacted the retailer and asked for my money back. I said I wouldn’t order from them again if they used Yodel and was told other customers had said the same.”
“I was told my parcel was ‘delivered’ to my house on the 23rd November. However, ‘ no image was available’ and no sign of any attempted delivery on my cctv.
I was later informed they told Very that there was no further tracking available , so Very are not sure if my parcel has been lost, stolen or misplaced . They are now investigating what’s happened. I don’t trust this company parcels always go missing towards Christmas and this hasn’t been the first time parcels haven’t been delivered and disappeared. I don’t understand why Very still uses them.
I contacted the company but they never get back to you with the live chat etc or always busy.
I cannot get replacement items until my money is refunded .

“Pathetic service. Parcel sat in depot for days. Live chat are unhelpful, impossible to speak to a human and they don’t even respond to complaints.
When they finally get around to “delivering”, they claim to have attempted delivery and to have left a card but no card left and no attempt was made.
Avoid at all costs”
