I had two parcels delivered to a local SPAR store. The Collect+ machine wasn't working properly, so they could only give me one parcel and told me to contact Yodel/Collect+. That day I received an email thanking me for picking up both parcels. I have rang them 5 times in the past 10 days and all they say is someone from management will contact me in 48 hours, which they haven't. It's ten days since I tried to pick up the parcel. As far as everyone but me is concerned, they think I have the parcel, but it's still there. I'm going to have to pay for a pacrel I have never had!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE YODEL/COLLECT+.

The worst delivery company so far . My item was left in the bins outside my flat and the Yodel team claimed that it was marked as delivered. I never received that item . Even when I contacted customer service they did not take any responsibility.

Would have given zero if I could. Would have given zero if I could. I have now been waiting for a parcel that Yodel have had for 6 days. 6 times it has been out for delivery and 6 times has not shown up. The best one was at the weekend, when I was tracking my delivery and could see that he had 12 more stops before mine. Then all of a sudden it came up with “Tried to deliver but was refused at the door ???? I was stood at the door and nobody even came within a mile of the door. Lazy lying cheating driver, who could not be bothered delivering my parcel. I have spent hours and hours trying to get through to speak to someone. IMPOSSIBLE !! The only phone number is automated and pointless, the only other way to talk to someone is a ridiculous web chat where they only seem to have 4 or 5 answers to what ever question you have, so you might as well be talking to a wall. I even tried to arrange to collect the parcel from my local depot TWICE now, and was told that would not be possible. I have written over a dozen emails to The complaints department and just get fobbed off with the usual “we are very sorry and will look into it for you” rubbish. I was promised that I would definitely receive my parcel today 100% and yes you’ve guessed it….. of course it did not arrive. But hey never mind they are looking into it for me and promised me again (for the 6th time now) That it will be out for delivery again in 24 hours. I somehow do not have much faith in ever getting this parcel. Do yourselves a favour and never deal with these parasites. They will lie to you lose your packages (or steal them) and cause you unwanted stress. At least with Amazon you get your parcel within 24 hours or your money back. Yodel drivers can’t even get their lazy asses out of bed before midday, that’s why they run out of time on their delivery round and then have to take the parcels back to the depot, which then take 24 hours to sort out. STAY AWAY, save your money !!!!!!

They split my Argos order into 2 delivered without asking me or letting me know. Delivered one at 3pm then wasted my entire day till 7pm claiming their driver couldn't find my address with the 2nd parcel...the address they'd delivered to a few hours before. I then spent half an hour on the "webchat" to spambot 3000 trying to explain that I wasn't in for redelivery the next day and needed it delivered to my workplace, which they refused to do. What a complete joke, totally wasted my one day off this week with this absolute nonsense. I mean, how dumb are their drivers that they can't just drive up the high street and count?!

Bought item on next day delivery on Monday. Item dispatched to YODEL. Item on van and going to be delivered Wednesday (not exactly next day but ok) tracked van to one stop before me to then get message ‘sorry we can’t deliver today’ made a complaint to YODEL they said as Thursday and Friday were bank holidays the parcel would now come Saturday. So annoying paying extra for next day delivery having a day off work and no parcel. So Saturday arrives and I get a notification that parcel is ‘due for delivery on Monday’ MONDAY? Nearly a week after I paid for next day delivery? MONDAY? after it was on the van on Wednesday? And promised delivery by a YODEL worker on Saturday!!!!!!! SHOCKING COMPANY I will NEVER purchase an item from a company again that use YODEL as their chosen delivery company

I ordered fresh letterbox flowers for a friend recovering from an operation. They promised next day delivery, it didn't happen. I contacted an advisor on live web chat. She said it's out for delivery, just wait longer. I said these flowers would be dead if not delivered soon. I checked on tracking my parcel throughout the day and finally it said it's out for delivery. Then a message to say chat with us, we can't find the postcode. No advisers available, and now they are closed for the bank holiday, open again on Saturday. I rang but just got an automated message. Really I need a refund as these poor flowers will be dead. Not impressed at all.

Yodel left my parcel on the road, nowhere near my front door, and even took a photo of it on the road as proof of delivery. Appalling service that is pretty much negligent of customers property. Any company using Yodel doesn't get my business now as I won't receive delivery anyway.

The delivery driver was across the road from my place, there was 1 stop before me, it was early in the evening, and STILL I did not receive my parcel for the third day in a row. Frustrated is an understatement. Yodel need to do some serious work on their back end systems and route guidance for drivers. Completely unfathomable and no doubt a waste of petrol and time to continue to make these errors.

One star is too much for this disgrace of a company. Waited a week for what should have been a next day delivery. Suddenly had a notification saying the parcel had been left in my porch. I don’t even have a porch!! No one ring the doorbell or knocked, I was in all day waiting, no card through the door and no actual proof of delivery!! And that’s because it HAS NOT been delivered. Over the past few months I’ve had four deliveries from yodel for missing! How this company is still in existence I do not know. They are just a bunch of thieves!

Do not use this company. Waited in for two days for a delivery still not arrived. Got the tracking number from the sender. On checking the delivery status it says 'thank you for changing your delivery date' ????? this was not done by the sender or ourselves, make your own mind up. Why they think it is ok to deliver an item clearly to a Business address after office hours is beyond me? 9am - 5pm, then closed!!!! no where to put a message explaining office hours?

0 stars. Yodel have lost 4 of my parcels this month (May 2022). All sent on different days but all have managed to vanish once in the hands of Yodel, what exactly are they doing with all this parcels, stealing? Binning? I will never use this company again.

Claimed "parcel was delivered to safe place", claimed "we left a card", claimed "we have emailed you the proof of delivery", got nothing. Disgraceful liar.

I would give Yodel 0 stars if I could! They allegedly attempted delivery of a parcel twice, no cards left and no communication at all. I contacted the retailer from whom I made the purchase to establish a tracking number to find out the information, attempted to pick up the parcel from the depot to find they had apparently sent it back the previous day. Retailer is unaware the parcel has been returned. Yodel you are THE WORST! Taking money under false pretences 🤬

I do not think yodel listens to customers waiting to receive deliveries they say card left lie next day delivery lie I do not know why yodel is still in business at all worst delivery company in the world but then you do not listen to the customer's ignore comments so why even make a review when you obviously don't read them unless its good comments so why bother

Incompetent driver and support teams. 5 days for next day delivery and still not delivered. Ordered incontinence pants with next day delivery on Tuesday and it’s now Sunday any Yodel still haven’t completed the delivery. I have had several online ‘chats’ with their agents and also raised a complaint via email with their CEO Complaints team - all to no avail. The story I keep getting is that their driver can’t find my house (in three attempts) ! EVERY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY AND DRIVER I HAVE USED IN THE YEAR WE HAVE LIVED HERE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING IT AT ALL !!! I was in contact again yesterday and escalated to a supervisor who said because they tried (and failed) three times I now have to drive 40 miles to collect the parcel. Even though the deliveries failed due to an incompetent Yodel driver. I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO DO THIS BUT YODEL DON’T CARE. The CEO team and chat supervisor have supposedly emailed the depot manager with feedback but my delivery still failed. It seems this driver is Teflon coated !

Was told item delivered and handed to customer. I am the customer and nobody has delivered or handed any item to me. I've waited all day and now the item has been delivered to God knows where. Its disgraceful

Trying to track my order. Phoned the contact number given. The courier states Yodel have not updated the website and changed his number. He does not work there any more! Tried webchat. Palash at Yodel Customer Service ended the chat before I could enter my query. Still waiting for some help on my delivery from Robert Dyas. If it does not come as promised today I shall involve Robert Dyas! Some Customer Service!
