“Wish should stop using Yodel as my last 2 items was not delivered to my address They're the worse company in the UK. Wish will lose business as I for one, will no longer purchasing from wish till they change couriers.”
“My parcel was not delivered and when I reported this to the seller, Yodel responsed simply claiming that it was delivered on time. This despite the house being occupied all day. A very unsatisfactory reply.”
“Having not received any form of email, notification or any form of contact to inform me my parcel was going to be or had been delivered. I checked the tracking number to discover is had been handed to the recipient (me) 2 days prior. I was not even in the county at this time. As I did not know when it was going to be delivered, I was also unable to make alternative arrangements such as having the parcel left at a neighbours.
Having contacted yodel to ask where my package was I got very little response, simply stating that it was handed to me (not even in the county).
When I arrived back home 4 days after the delivery date, I found the package abandoned at my front door, completely wet through and ruined from the rain. I asked my neighbours and none of them had received the parcel. The driver not only did not hand the parcel to me, they did not hand it to anyone but thought it was appropriate to throw a large mattress outside a door, with no form of notification that is had been left there.
I understand mistakes happen so thought I would contact yodel to ask about getting compensation for the ruined and totally unusable mattress that cost me over £100, but the customer service has been outrageous and I have never experienced such a group of unhelpful people. I am only able to speak to people over live chat, all of whom keep telling me to contact the seller. I have done this and they have said that as they sent the parcel on time and in good condition that it is not their problem. Which I completely understandable.
Like I said, I have never had such trouble speaking to an actual human being and dealt with such rude unhelpful people.
I will now have to spend another £100 plus to replace the ruined mattress and dispose of the ruined one.
I hope this message gets me somewhere, but at the very least warns people of this company. Do not recommend using them.”
“Don’t know where to start with this complaint. How there isn’t a zero option as that’s what I would give. Driver claims delivered parcel at my neighbour as I wasn’t in. I was in all day working from home so driver didn’t even knock. When I got text to say it was delivered to neighbour 34, I knew the driver lying as no number 34 on my road. Taken forever amount calls and text and still not got my parcel or explanation or anything. How is this allowed? Isn’t theft illegal? That’s how I feel like yodel have stolen from me.”
“Awful delivery company. I received an email confirming my parcel had been delivered. But I never received it. With great difficulty, I contacted them. They said they have a photograph at my doorstep. However, I lost my vacuum cleaner. I cannot imagine why companies entertain this awful service.”
“How do you loose a parcel ? Why bother tracking when no one tracks the tracking ? Don’t you notice when a parcel is ( IN TRANSIT FOR 10 DAYS?) my item has been on earth for 52 years then Yodel get it and now it’s gone !! I can get a parcel from New York in 5 days and over Christmas!! A joke incompetent company !!”

“Never received my parcel despite Yodel saying that the delivery driver's GPS was at my address as proof. No proof of the parcel being scanned or handed over to me or any of my neighbours. 5 people in the house can testify that nobody saw a delivery driver - I've knocked on every single door on the street and nobody saw anyone. Joke of a parcel company if the only proof required for a delivery is a GPS tag - letting thief drivers getting away with stealing customers' valuable items. Avoid Yodel like the plague. Multiple times I've contacted them but they've washed their hands from responsibility.”
“Incredibly unreliable service. I still don't understand why companies keep using them.
Customer service basically doesn't exist, drivers always late without notifications, and they don't even ring the bell to let you know they arrived. Tracking number is also a waste of time.
I can't remember to have ever had a positive experience with them.

“I have sold a £450 north face jacket on Vinted on the 3rd January. The tracking wasn’t updating, I have contacted multiple times the Customer Service, asked me to be patient, then they confirmed that I was lost. They were going to manually locate the parcel and return back to me. The parcel was manually located on the 13th January and today they told me that it wasn’t true. They have lost my jacket and have no intention to pay anything back.”
