“I can’t believe how bad this company is! They are great at notifying you that your parcel is due but then they arrive and nothing! The delivery guy spent a lot of time rummaging through the back of his van but then told me ‘maybe tomorrow’. I’m sure Yodel are making loads of money but the the notification I got this morning said he was making 169 deliveries before he got to me at 7pm. Is this legal? Also, his van was filthy and he spent so much time looking through parcels. I don’t blame him at all, he is obviously working such long hours. Too long! Yodel, you are a disgrace to your customers and to your employees. Oh, just to note, I was cut off twice on the live chat when they couldn’t answer my question. Do no use. Useless and exploitative.”
“Yodel courier posted a card/note through the letter box saying that they had left the parcel by the bank gate. It's not there! Had bad experiences with the company previously. Avoid buying from companies who use this delivery service if you can.”

“I found the Yodel delivery service pretty awful compared to others. The tracking status rarely gets updated, and my parcel was on a van "being delivered" from the local depot (16 miles away) for 2 days. No online chat operators available. All in all a bad experience, would not use again.”
“Yodel were supposed to deliver my parcel today! Yet I had an email this morning saying it’s not been delivered sent back to the retailer! I contacted my retailer they apologised for the matter said they don’t know why this has happened! Got in touch with yodel and they said the retailer was at fault! Absolutely tamping mad! “I accidentally left my car and house keys in my front door and realised just after a Yodel delivery keys had gone!!! I have contacted Yodel twice but no one has come back to me. The customer service is a joke. I had no other visitors and the time scale makes it pretty obvious the Yodel driver took my keys”
“Delivery driver took no notice of instructions to leave the parcel at a specific neighbour if no answer at the address. Message was left that the parcel was left in the porch. On contacting customer service due to no parcel the photograph provided by the driver shows it was delivered to the wrong address entirely.
Customer service was not very helpful stating that they had notified the depot so it wouldn't happen again. They took no responsibility for the missing parcel and offered no help except I should contact the supplier. Passing the buck springs to mind and I would suggest no reputable company use them.”
“The extremely careless Yodel driver dumped my parcel in an open place ... instead of leaving it with a neighbour or contacting me to reschedule, so it was stolen. The photograph even shows the carelessness of the driver and yet I am left out of pocket.
Going back and forth with their customer service team has been hell, truly. They refuse to accept any wrongdoing and are gaslighting me constantly over a situation that is their fault.”

The delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to "deliver" my parcel to my communal bin room door, left out in the open and it was stolen..No surprises there! I contacted yodel and they "investigated" and then sent me an email saying it was delivered to the correct address and left at the bin room door, well how can it be both because I don't live in a bin room! Idiots! Stay clear of them! Shut this company down!”

“3-5 days delivery they said. 7 days today and waited in all day. Have been watching tracking and it said on the van. Driver rang my bell but missed me and left calling card. What a load of rubbish. No one rang my bell, no letterbox to leave calling card and I live in a block of flats 50 in fact, he could have rang anyone of those to ask them to take delivery. Coming back tomorrow now. So worried after reading these other reviews. Spoke to customer service, he's definitely been they said GPS outside your building. Is there anything else we can do for you today????????? I live on the second floor in a big house. I don’t know even know what happened. I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered. None rang the bell or called my phone to inform me that they were outside. I went outside, nothing was there. I told them not leave it at the door because I live on a main road where anyone could just take it. I emailed them, they are not going to take any responsibilities, they blamed the retailer!! I don’t even know if someone actually came to my house to bring the parcel as I did not hear anyone, my neighbours did not see any delivery guy.. so no parcel, no refund!!

“Worst delivery company by a country mile. Apparently parcel delivered but was not, and we were in at the time. ‘Investigation’ ongoing 2 days later however they are unable to speak to drivers as they do not carry company phones. Their proposed solution is that I contact the supplier. Hopefully they will go out of business”
“Sent a laptop to Amazon Scotland to arrive by 19th Feb 2023- not arrived!
Sent a laptop, worth £799, booked with Parcel2Go, from Bolton to Amazon (Scotland) with Yodel. Parcel arrived 16/01/2023 into Perth depot. It has not moved from there. It is now Tuesday 31st January 2023! Parcel2Go says it is in transit since 16/01/2023. I will be incurring interest charges from my bank soon. I am totally disgusted with Yodel. I want a full refund of the laptop cost, delivery cost and surcharge cost paid to cover loss for £800.
