Yup! Yodel suck the Big One. I had an order delivered to a 'Safe Place: Front Porch', so said the tracking information. The thing is, I don't have a porch. What I do have, though, is a doorstep! And when I arrived home, 3 hours after the delivery, my parcel was waiting for me, in plain view for all to see, on my freakin DOORSTEP! The other thing is, I've three plastic bins beside a shed that's 3 metres from the doorstep that it could have gone in, and also a perfectly good side door that deliveries are usually placed behind (by DPD, for example, who leave a name as well, unlike Yodel). Bad, bad choice of carrier, Amazon! You are only as good as your carrier. And Yodel is godawful. Please sort this out.

Awful, bordering on criminal. Chased an order from Sportsdirect that, from the tracking system, was in the Mitcham depot. Tried online tracker, just shows it as being in the depot, tried the phone service, automated system that tells me nothing more, did however get a response to the SMS service and was told that, because the parcel hadn't been scanned for three days or more it is assumed lost! Then told to get back to my supplier!

I have stopped using Amazon and have cancelled my prime membership. Yodel have let me down on a number of occasions, most recently I was informed after waiting in all day at 6.30pm that my parcel wouldn't be delivered as the driver didn't have time (I wish I had the same luxury in my job - I leave when everything is done, regardless of time). My parents waited in all day to find out they had apparently refused delivery, this happened twice on the same order! I get the impression that the drivers really don't care, probably because Yodel is such a terrible employer.

Waited in all day for a parcel. Received a text to say delivery had been attempted and a card left - not true. Couldn't stay in another full day so rearranged delivery to work address. 6 days on, many phone calls later, lots of misinformation given over the phone and still no parcel or any hope of receiving it. I even asked to speak to a senior person, this would have to be a call back within 24 hrs - this hasn't happened either. Will never order anything else online if Yodel are the delivery company.

Dont EVER by anything that yodel might be the deliverer !!!! Ebay uses it a lot and I have had difficult times with them, but not like now. They say they delivered and that is it. Obviously I never got the item, and they don't care. Lousy, shameful ,despicable company.

UNRELIABLE, UNOBTAINABLE, BORN LIARS Paid for next day delivery, 3 days on I still haven't received anything. You can't speak to anyone by phone and nobody seems to know anything other than giving the same generic answers. To make it worse, they even claimed to have attempted delivery and left a card, both of which are complete lies, yet they still claim they cant guarantee delivery today. Pure incompetence, not only would i not use or reccomend this service but would go out of my way to make sure nobody else used it either. Companies who use this service must suffer terribly from customers who boycott them because of the terrible courier service they choose to use.

Oh Dear what a shambles. As my parcel is still undelivered I am likely to be more scathing. But when added to the fact that when you call them you hear them pick the phone up and hang it straight back up at the Selby Service Centre. I have used Ebuyer for years and ordered a next day delivery for an urgent item for work. Still not here 2 days later and I am stuck, frustrated and unable to contact Yodel. Avoid Yodel and all retailers who use them!

Absolutely terrible!!! Yodel claimed that no one was in and that the parcel was refused twice! Would never use them again. Go with another company!!

Stay away from this delivery firm. Ordered from the beauty company for years but the past 2 deliveries have been atrocious. 1. The box was tampered with- squashed and taped up with yodel tape, to be greeted with carnage inside. All the products were smashed and emptied inside. 2. Apparently they delivered it to me. Signed by a name I don't recognise and we have the usual neighbours who take our deliveries in too. No delivery note left. They said they would chase and investigate. I should expect a follow up phone call so they tell me. I am still waiting for this phone call 5 days later. Appalling. Avoid. I have no idea how they can still be in business. How hard is it for people to do their jobs properly.

I booked a pickup of a package a week last Monday. I've now waited 8 days for Yodel to arrive with 7 (yes 7!) rebooked appointments. Each morning I receive a text stating "We'll be coming today" followed by another text in the afternoon stating "We attempted to call, but you were out"! They have the exact address, but not a clue! I am fed up trying to contact them - which in itself, is a pain. 1. You can only contact them by Web Chat 2. You cannot find Web Chat on their web pages 3. The tracking reference code you enter on the web does not work (you need this for Web Chat). 4. If you did manage to fine & call Yodel's phone number, they are delighted to tell you that Yodel Direct is a "completely different company to Yodel" and that they cannot help any further. 5. The pickup depot (Farnborough) which I need to contact & scream down the phone at - doesn't have a phone number. 6. They have MY number, but can't be ***** to call me on it when they "try" to pick up the parcel. I'm SO mad. I've waited a week - yes a week! - waiting in for this pickup. Meanwhile, the person who needs to receive the package is getting mad with me. I shall NEVER EVER use Yodel again. Period.

parcel was supposed to be delivered on sept the 11th never turned up phoned yodel up they said it had been delivered and signed for but that was impossible as we were miles away at the time visiting relatives but the insisted it was my signature I asked for a sample to compare signatures but was flatly refused anyway after several phone calls to a premium line and several days later still no parcel and out of pocket by £30 and no product and just being fobbed of all the time by yodel and the seller who also insisted they had a signature they also said they had left it at number 6 a couple of doors doors up from me I was passed round to at least 7 people at yodel who did nt care we were pensioners and had the phone put down on us so YODEL GET YOUR FINGER OUT AND GET SORTED by the way this has been handed to the police in Cambridge and also the national fraud squad

This company doesn't even deserve one star. It deserves none. It is literally the worst delivery service I have ever come across! I ordered cosmetics from the USA and when it got to the UK yodel tracked it, they said on my tracking page that they had got the package, but failed to deliver it to me. It had been more than a week and my delivery tracking status still said with courier. I tried to contact yodel by phone and it sent me straight to a automated system with no option to speak to a real person. The only way I could get in contact with the company was by texting a number they put on their contact info page. I was angry at the fact that I couldn't speak to someone regarding my issue. when I text the number a man said he'll look into it. The following day he replied to me saying that due to my package not being scanned for 72 hours I had to contact my sender. My sender told me they were going to refund me because of yodels failure to send my package. In my opinion I think they LOST/STOLE it and were trying to cover themselves. THEY ARE NEGLIGENT. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!!

Waited all day for a parcel. The company's policy is that the parcel will be delivered any time between 7.30am and 9pm (if you're reading this review pause now and reflect on how ridiculous this is). My parcel never turned up, I didn't even get an attempted delivery slip, however the tracking system states they tried to deliver it. I've tried to get in contact with the company but there isn't any way to do this. My advice is use any other delivery service. All of their competitors will give you a delivery window smaller than 13.5 hours, they are all a lot more contactable and they will at least try to deliver your parcel. If you are a company considering using this service, don't. It will make you look very unprofessional.

Yodel is without question the worst delivery company available in the UK and will probably never be beaten for incompetence. 1 star is way too generous, I would sooner recommend you strap your parcel to several large balloons and hope for the best. My first experience was at the recommendation of a eBay customer. They organised a collection but the driver could not find the address. I provided additional directions and the next day the driver could not find the address. Third day and I provided such an accurate step by step description of my location that it would be impossible for anyone over the age of 5 not to find it... day four... Now bare in mind I own a business that is regularly found by every other delivery company in England as well as thousands of customers on a weekly basis. I had to give up and use a different courier who of course turned up the next day without incident. My next experience was at a completely different location. I use Amazon for a lot of items and was receiving an average of 10-15 items a week without issue until one item had an exclamation next to the tracking info... when I clicked for more information it stated "Unable to locate Address, contact courier with further instructions". How strange I thought, until I clicked again and the courier was revealed as YODEL... Today I checked an item I purchased on eBay to see if it had been delivered, all it says is "Sorry service cannot be completed. Please contact your supplier". Would you like to guess who the courier is?

Next day delivery didn't turn up, waited in from 7am - 9pm for it. I required item the following morning as was going to the airport. It was a buggy i I really needed for my trip as I have a back injury and will have to carry a 13month old through an airport. - They refused to deliver it before 9am as it was not a 'timed' delivery. - They refused to let me pay extra to upgrade to a 'timed' delivery. - They refused to let me collect the item from their depot as 'there has not been a delivery attempt yet' - They refused to change the address and deliver to the airport as 'there has not been a delivery attempt yet' Basically they refused every option I gave them. Never using them again and never ordering from a company that is stupid enough to use them. Thanks a lot Mothercare.

Stayed in all day for a delivery - nothing. Re-scheduled for another day - waited for the morning - nothing. Managed to find a telephone number - not easy! Customer service confirmed all good and parcel to be delivered. Waited until 2100 and still nothing. I have decided not to use a shop that delivers using Yodel anymore. Dreadful.

I waited at home all day for them and they didn't deliver my package nor did they explain why they didn't attempt to deliver my package. Their tracking website doesn't even give you an estimated delivery time so I literally waited ALL DAY for them. Totally disappointing and I would never use them again

Tracked parcel online and found out yodel tried to deliver twice and left cards. Third attempt I actually received a card with nothing written on it apart from the red number (no card had been left on he first two attempts) and was told that I had to drive 12 miles to pick up my parcel because of the three attempts to deliver. Very angry with being lied to about cards having been left when they hadn't as would have chased up much much sooner.
