“My rating of 4* is simply based on ease of use on the web site and obviously price. Despite being with my existing insurer for several years with an excellent record they increased my wife’s car insurance by over 60%. Totally unacceptable. Hopefully I will never need to call on Yoga but if they live up to reputation then I may increase this to 5*”

“Well I’ve had to do everything myself which was quite simple. I’m waiting for a reply from customer service as I’ve asked for a paper copy of my car insurance. It’s been 24 hours so can’t give a 5 star review until I’ve had my query dealt with”
