“On behalf of my wife.
I insured my car with Yoga as they offered the best quote. Sorting it out buying and paying was very easy, with the docs available in minutes. Unfortunately the purchase of the car fell through and I had to can the policy. I originally paid £250 for the policy and cancelled after one day of not actually using it. For this they charged me £39.99, for 1 day, I thought that was a rip off which is why I am leaving this review.”
“Tried to change vehicle on a policy not even started website said no and would not let me change the start date then wanted to charge me for the honour not paying to cancel something that had not started”
“The price, the extra benefits included which you normally pay extra, so simple to run thru the quote, no messing with proof of bonus all on the data base.”
“The process to obtain my new van insurance could not have gone any smoother. Logged on got the quote, agreed the extras and paid all within 10 mins. Great value and super easy process to obtain.
Thanks very much”
“Requested repeated login details, just ignored.
All I am trying to do is not renew my policy, it shouldn't be this difficult or frustrating and NOR should it be set to auto renew”
“The process of applying for insurance was very easy. The price was good and cheaper than my current provider. The documents were sent through via email very quickly. So far all good.”
