"I accepted a quotation based on 4 yrs NCB which I earned on a second vehicle, I had previously arranged insurance for my first vehicle using its 9+ yrs NCB, but changed to Churchill at renewal time. All went swimmingly, I'd elected to pay by Direct Debit, no issue but when paperwork has arrived it says 9 Yrs NCB, not the 4 yrs, the price quoted and I've payed is based on the 4 yrs, but impossible to rectify on line, how do you even contact this company, a ridiculous situation, but we know what they'd be saying if I needed them should a claim be made - just need it sorted !"

"I have been trying to get on my portal for weeks ! I\u2019ve sent emails and you sent a link it then says internal server error. I am not renewing my insurance with you this year and I can\u2019t even view my renewal figure . If I receive any correspondence this will be returned to you . There\u2019s no help number or any contact available for customers . Absolutely rubbish service !"

"Unable to cancel auto-renewal. Tried from 30\/11\/24 (for renewal date 28\/12\/24) when purchased another early from another company. \r\n\r\nCouldn\u2019t get onto customer portal as error with their cloudflare.\r\n\r\nTried to ring claims to change my account from auto renew and eventually got young man who said he only deals with Yoga exercise insurance not auto. He gave me a high premium rate number and after 2 minutes hearing blurb and options I got a message from giffgaff to say \u00a34 just come off my additional credit. Then heard \u201cAbout 10 min wait\u201d.\r\n\r\nInformed bank and as tried all possible would put hold on payment 28\/12\/24. \r\n\r\n25\/12\/24 got. pending notification for \u00a31 for Yoga. Bank website error 26\/12\/24. Then 28\/12\/24 pending for \u00a3204.81 and rang bank. The hold was on Yoga insure so they had changed their name to Yoga services got past the hold on payment - \r\n\r\nthat was a price I never agreed to at any point.\r\n\r\nBank fraud department have never come across this. They are trying to get it back for me as this is MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT that was withheld stopped weeks ago. \r\n\r\nUnable to contact company apart from yoga exercise accidents AVOID AVOID AVOID"

Policy jumped from £60 monthly to £90 monthly after a no fault accident, in which my car was written off. I expected my policy to drop below the £60 I was paying. I received no explanation as to why my policy rose but 50%.
