The process was easy and options easily chosen for cover required, no idea about ease of contact but given most insurance companies don’t make contact with them easy seems price out ways anything else to consider”

There isn't a phone line because It's all about the company saving money, the money you get from us the paying customers. Give the customers what we need we're paying your wages remember and keeping the company alive. Without us there wouldn't be a business. Also not happy with how low the personal injury amounts are, just standard and can't upgrade terrible. On a good note, Imogen on the online chat had good customer service, I had a few questions which she helped answer for me. The price was the best I found. Please get a customer service phone line.”
