“Policy jumped from £60 monthly to £90 monthly after a no fault accident, in which my car was written off. I expected my policy to drop below the £60 I was paying. I received no explanation as to why my policy rose but 50%.”
“Terrible service, 5 days to replace a windscreen, only after I contacted them 3 times, no help, no replacement car despite my policy saying I should get one. Refused to put me through to their complaints section, doubt they even have one. Would never use again and would never recommend them.”
“Really happy with the renewal process, just finding the monthly rolling cover a bit odd, I like to print my certificate of cover, but obviously now would need to do this each month! I'm sure there's a reason, but seems like more work for everyone!?
