I can never get hold of customer services, so their customer services is basically non existent, it pays to have someone at the end of the phone, but in this case they are not even on the chat to help out as I cannot log in, over and over again I have had this problem”

“The price was very competitive compared with other insurance providers, however I already had insurance through Yoga on a car and wanted to transfer it to my new vehicle (a van). The automated service would not let me do this, it kept telling me the new vehicle registration could not be recognised. I ended up just cancelling my initial insurance the taking out a new 12 month policy. I presume I will have incurred a penalty for cancelling my insurance.”

“I cancelled this policy 3 weeks ago on the portal... this service is a disgrace , cannot reply to emails sent out very difficult to speak to anybody the agent doesn't understand questions so we cannot stop the renewal because nobody has a chance to talk to anybody also no email address to email back... this insurance company simply doesn't allow any contact. I CANCELLED THIS POLICY 3 WEEKS AGO ...NO RESPONSE I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FEES DUE TO THE INABILITY OF THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT MYSELF.”
