Please cancel from 27/3/2025 as I have now sold the car KN58 YBZ and cancelled my direct debit for £22.08 which went out in 1st of each month.
I had wanted to transfer.the insurance to my new car but couldn’t get into the portal so had to take out a completely new insurance.”
“The price quoted for home insurance was good. Purchasing it was quite problematic. When entering my bank card details, it wasn't showing any option to move on and pay, only to click on for Paypal, which I didn't want. In the end, my husband had to pay, using paypal and I paid him back, using my online banking. I assume it was a glitch but it didn't make for a very smooth process.”
