“I would not have renewed my new year car insurance with yoga because of the astronomical price from last year to this. The communication process on line is virtually impossible to discuss anything. It was dew to a family issue that I didn't have time to go elsewhere. Not at all happy.”
“I find Yoga so easy to use, both online and over the phone. Their premium is very reasonable for the excellent cover you receive. My policy has just renewed it was seamless and I was notified well in advance so I could review.”
“Easy to renew but you need to work on payment method. I tried to change card for a one off payment and it was a nightmare. Was taken to a rather complicated paypal page when all I wanted to do was make a payment with another card. Tried phoning the number I had but says it is not in use. chat was equally useless . Gave up and paid with old card. this is a simple thing on most sites.”
“Great Price last year but big increase this year found much cheaper with same cover, went online as no telephone to take off auto renew and it didn't work so charged £50 for cancellation on same day policy started when saw I had been charged, which is a bit steep.”

“I was happy enough with the price of my policy, but not happy with having to pay an extra £50+ to change the registration plate on my car. I did it on line, so no using any staff at Yoga. It’s the first time I have been charged for doing this by any insurance company I have used before.”
