“What went wrong apart from everything,they cancelled the same policy twice.I re insured with a different reference number different policy they cancelled that also having taken the first paymenAccording to the email I received,you guessed it they cancelled my original policy a third time.Not however the one with the ref number I have.Now I’m being charged a cancellation fee.No contact telephone number don’t touch this company.”
“Took nearly 2 hours to do I tried to cancel the old insurance I have with yourselves for my old car after hours of trying and getting angry and frustrated I had to go to the bank and cancel the direct debit if I had tried to do this before insuring my new car I would not of gone ahead there was no help , and I go pulled over by the police today saying I had no insurance on my new car I paid more to you for my new car insurance than other companies, I pad in full but when I renew I will go to another company.”
