My previous insurers quoted £700 for me so I referred to my DriveScore app which monitors my driving and it came up with a range of companies and I chose Yoga after researching reviews. Yoga charged £326 for the same deal.”
“I'm sorry to say I don't like your Insurance System at all. I haven't been able to speak to anyone, I haven't had any official certificate with contract details at all.
The amount I pay each month I am not clear what it is for other than car insurance. I was beginning to think it is a scam but then I found you on meerkat compare site, which is well known.
I have tried endlessly to contact you online but it states you do not recognise my email, so asked me to register, which I tried to do, yet not to be recognised again!.

“I paid a deposit and without any warning, the policy wasn't created and my car was uninsured for several hours. Thankfully it was during the night. I had to redo the payment and because my insurance had run out, they charged me an extra £50 and have not honoured the original price. Very disappointed”
“i had a cheaper quote and was happy to stay with you if you matched it [ it wasnt much cheaper ] but you just cant talk to anyone in person or on line about this , and your portal is not set up for this question. I tried ringing you claims dept as that was the only number I could find - and they cut me off without speaking to anyone
Not only that - I went to change my bank details as the one you had was my old account number to pay the £580 quote - and you then added another £12 to the quote you were telling me to pay for no reason whatsoever . VERY poor and I had no time to go back to the other party as Im away for a week .”
