“You sent me an email telling my insurance had lapsed. However you took the annual payment from my credit card. So I went in and arranged it again by direct debit. At the moment there appears to be three active insurances for the same car. I'm going to cancel direct debit il stay with you thus year because you've taken the payment. Not happy at all”
