“I took out a policy in error. I hadn't realised that my existing policy had altready renewed. I cancelled the next day.
I was charged a cancellation fee of more than the annual policy cost.
I told them I thought I had a 14 day cooling off period. |They said yes, but we still charge cancellation fees.
Insurance companies have a reputation for being disingenuous when faced with a claim. Yoga has been disingenuous evcn at policy inception stage.
