All went swimmingly, I'd elected to pay by Direct Debit, no issue but when paperwork has arrived it says 9 Yrs NCB, not the 4 yrs, the price quoted and I've payed is based on the 4 yrs, but impossible to rectify on line, how do you even contact this company, a ridiculous situation, but we know what they'd be saying if I needed them should a claim be made - just need it sorted !”
