“Very quick and easy to get our policy. We had a few questions but these were answered quickly by the live chat. We've never had home contents insurance before so this was very reassuring! Well done team!!!!”
“I purchased house insurance and Yoga had competitive pricing.
The process to purchase was straight-forward.
BUT I really would like to be able to speak to someone when needed, as frustration usually sets in very quickly, about asking anything other than pat questions.
Very annoying.”
“Easy to use web site. Clear questions. However a place for more detailed information would be helpful. i.e., One question was about window locks with keys. My windows do not have keys, but they can only be opened so far without using a special lever. The gap is not large enough for entry, but there was no space to put this information.”
“Having been a customer for 2 years and recently renewed on a new car i can honestly say I love Yoga Insurance! Its by far the cheapest around with no cuts on really good comprehensive insurance coverage, everything is online so super fast to sort out and couldn't be easier. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon for my car insurance, Yoga have it all covered and delivered nice and neatly into a super easy to use, customer friendly package that doesn't cost the earth. Brilliant!”
“You guys are great, the only issue I had was adding my other car to the policy. Any help to get them in the same policy would be great.. thanks again..”
“I took out a policy in error. I hadn't realised that my existing policy had altready renewed. I cancelled the next day.
I was charged a cancellation fee of more than the annual policy cost.
I told them I thought I had a 14 day cooling off period. |They said yes, but we still charge cancellation fees.
Insurance companies have a reputation for being disingenuous when faced with a claim. Yoga has been disingenuous evcn at policy inception stage.
Wow.”
“A well laid out web site which makes the purchase of an appropriate policy so easy.
Competitive prices, documents available immediately to download - all round a great experience”
