“The service offered on the comparison website seemed a great offer. And a comparable price with what was included some extras.
The gentlemen I spoke to on chat was blunt and uncompassionate and although he solved the issue quickly, I found him quite abrupt, at a time I needed reassurance and made him aware of how I was feeling. However he still seemed like he was blaming me for the issue. Not once did he check i was OK or tell me about the risks of not having a policy. If I was somewhere safe and parked up when he cancelled (yes I asked for this as needed my money back, but as a duty of care, letting me know it would be immediate was not mentioned)
Basically I was given 2 prices. One monthly and one yearly. I went through to payments and it came up with an error then said payment accepted. It wasn't until I went to pay for something and it declined that I checked the bank, and the whole 'monthly' amount had been taken out of my account. And then when i asked about this, I tried to be charged 49.99 for your error. When a refund minus thr deposit would have been a easier option. If I had ticked the yearly, it would have been a lesser payment. In reality I should have been compensated as now my direct debit for gas and electric today has not been able to go out so I will be charged for that. I was told I needed to pay another deposit and set a new policy up which I declined after the poor attitude”

I was quoted with 5 years no claims bonus, rather than 6 years, I was informed that I would receive some money back which has also not happened.”

That isn't my problem. Half an hour on chat room and I was refunded what they shouldn't have taken from me in the first place! Be honest and sort your software Yoga.”

“Took my £52 deposit then sent me an email to say they were unable to set up a direct debit, they would cancel my policy in 7 days if no change. I tried contacting them, impossible to speak to them, had to go to online portal which got me absolutely nowhere, contacted the bank they told me they had not tried setting up a dd, funny how they managed to take the initial payment, which I have lost. I would have given them zero stars if I could. Stay well clear !!”
