You cant talk to no one on the phone , it's all by a robot on the other end and when you speak in live chat ,they cant seem to help you and always give you the same answer as if they have just pressed a automated reply. It's not a good company to be with.”
“The things that I want to know, such as, who are your approved recovery operators are not listed in the breakdown docs. As I don't know who they are the breakdown cover is useless. No name and no number! I also do not approve of automatic reinsurance for the following year and cannot find where I can cancel this. The chat bot is rubbish. We need to talk to a real person. Signing up is always the easy bit but it is the east that matters. I would appreciate and email. telling me who I contact if I break down and how to cancel auto renewal. These 2 things should be made very easy to do.”

I had to go with M&S insures be in the end as I could trust yoga with a legal document
Terrible insurer how can you pratice and sell insurance with a Webb site that freezes no humans and robots that can’t deal with queries

“Auto renewed Policy without my express Instructions. Took money from Bank without my express instructions and now trying to charge fees to cancel. Tried to request Formal complaints procedure but Chat bot was unable to understand request. How convenient. Tacit renewal is not legal in the UK and failing to provide a formal complaints procedure is an FCA regulatory breach. - THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT UNDER FCA REGULATIONS YOU ARE OBLIGED TO RESPOND.”
“I had been insured through Yoga for one year and and had a recent close family bereavement, so overlooked the automatic renewal. I only realised this when I got an email the first day of the new policy so had to cancel immediately online as there is no phone number to call. This cost £49.99 Broker Fee, over 15% of the annual policy cost! This may be in the small print but I consider to be exceptionally high for a Company who does everything digitally and didn’t even have to cancel the policy manually. Beware!”
“I thought I was getting a good deal but unfortunately I received a better offer from my current insurer and then lost my deposit with Yoga as I thought I would receive a refund in the first 14 days. I went on live chat and the agent was very snippy and off handed - not quite rude but not friendly either. I will not now use Yoga in the future. I realise they are within their rights to keep my deposit but it was the agents reaction to my asking (politely) if I could get a refund that has put me off using them in future. I think a little leeway and understanding in these tough financial times goes a long way and Yoga really need to realise this.”

“I. Cancelled my policy within one hour. I did the work on line filling the forms and yoga charge me foe their admin. And charge 50 pounds. When I'm with in 14 days cooling off period.
No contact email or phone number. I shell make sure I file a complaint with my bank

“I had a policy last year that ended today. My renewal quote was high so I compared quotes and found that I got a lower quote from Yoga as a new customer - so I did that and paid on May 23rd. I assumed that because it was the same name and same vehicle, the renewal would not go ahead but I was wrong! You renewed the old policy on the same car and charged me £402 for the policy. Now, when I try to phone someone there is NO PHONE LINE!!!! I am charged £50 to cancel the renewed policy whilst I still have insurance on the SAME VEHICLE. Seriously, your computers are rubbish. Give me my scammed £50 back please, this is ridiculous.
As for evidence - search for me as a customer. I am never using you again.”
“I went through the forms to purchase my insurance, the website is slow to load and when I reached the final page to make my payment the page just span and span. I left it and came back 30 minutes later it still hadn't processed the payment and there was no receipt or confirmation of payment. I gave up totally frustrated and purchased a policy elsewhere. This morning after checking my bank account for another reason I saw that the payment had gone out of my account. There is no one to talk to, just an AI bot on the chat that can only answer a basic question, not even a number for complaints. If I cancel online they charge me £50 totally frustrated avoid avoid avoid”
“Cannot speak to anyone in person in relation to Customer Services at all, only a chatbot. Had already purchased policy when I realised this. Now want to cancel policy with them due to this (doesn't actually start for another 4 days) but would have to pay £49.99 to cancel (within the 14 day cooling off period).”
