“Website takes far too long to load each time.
I took out car Insurance to start on the 4th July ( it was the 20th june )and then when read documents the policy did not cover what I thought so I cancelled it immediately. Having paid £51 as the deposit payment i was expecting a full refund. However there is a set up fee of 49.99 so I only got the difference back.. appalling service. In terms.s if setti g up the account you had done very little..sent me an email with attachments. Will never use or recommend yoga.”

“Yoga increased the renewal quote by nearly 50% so I went elsewhere. They renewed the policy without confirmation from myself and charged me £49.99 for the pleasure when I cancelled. Result £49 out of pocket and a severely dissatisfied customer.”

I wanted to cancel almost immediately but you do not have the opportunity to talk to a real person. Just an online chat robot. And then you took £49.99 in cancellation fees for a policy that had not even started. So much for giving your customers a cooling off period. Yes you give the statutory 14 days but the charge is made regardless of when anyone cancels. My policy was not even live!!!! It had not even been paid for (payment was still pending) and had only been purchased for a matter of minutes. Just an absolute joke of an insurance broker. People need to know what your up to so they don't use you. JUST THE WORST I've ever had dealings with.”
“Yoga is cheap for a reason, and that reason is extremely poor customer service.
If something goes wrong, then basically you as a customer is stuffed, there is NO contact number and all communication is managed on the Yogs website, via a not very bright bot. Utter nonsense and totally frustrating.
Take your money elsewhere as this company does not adhere to a calling off period and you will be charged a minimum of £50.
Additionally, you cannot turn off the auto renewal option, and Yoga will scam you for another years expensive insurance.
Take your money elsewhere, pay a few quid more and get peace of mind.”

Yoga offered me a ridiculous renewal policy and I declined and went elsewhere. I made an instruction NOT to auto renewal on their website as found another policy loads cheaper with another insurance company. The bast@rds still took nearly £500 out of my account!
Next problem, there is NO contact number to call up these clowns, so have raised a dispute with my bank for a refund - AVOID this company!

“Took out Yoga insurance through a comparison site. Cancelled before the insurance was active and was charged £49.99 setting up fee. This fee is not mentioned in comparison site fees and is only mentioned is the 'charges' document that is received after I took out the insurance - and even then it says, "We reserve the right to make a charge if a policy is cancelled within the cooling-off period". There is no way to contact Yoga by phone or email - I am going to have to use old-fashioned post instead. Absolutely horrendous service.
I cancelled as I am moving house soon and the price at the new postcode was not competitive.”

“Make sure you don't purchase insurance with this company. Absolute crooks! Cancelled my policy moments after purchasing, only to find out that my refund would be minus £50! Not prepared to waiver this fee, even though we currently all find ourselves in the middle of a cost of living crisis! This is how they make money for nothing! Had this company of refunded the full amount back to me, I may have considered insurance with them in future, obviously not now! This is not to mention that the don't make it easy to talk to a real person. You can only talk via online chat and even that is not made easy. Poor customer service.”
