No phone number for customers so used chat instead, I asked my policy be cancelled in plenty time as I no longer had car. Then recieved an email saying they policy had started again! And for me to cancel I will be charged. Terrible service !

Triggered my insurance in a rush not realising the start date was incorrect. The bot didn't have a clue, no real person available to talk to on chat, couldnt find a number to call.

I was referred to as a liar , I thought my policy was ended and a renewal set up but “ Dennis” Was so rude iv kept his conversation and screen shorted them to take to trading standards as he said I had to pay another 99. 87 to continue with the insurance through no fault of my own ! I don’t like threatening emails telling me my insurance was going to stop in 34hours when I have had no conversation all emails from your company thst there was a problem ! Thus will all be emailed to trading standards after my conversation with them again .

I found your web site confusing, it didn’t tell me my application was done, the quote was still there so I applied again. When I realised I had 2 policies I cancelled one and that cost we £50. No cooling off period or means to contact anyone. Like to know why when you have my money you leave the quote there?

Be aware before you buy car insurance from yoga because I got charged £50 for cancelling inside 14 day period and my policy hadn't even started. I cancelled 1 day after settling ng up. Discussing amount to charge for 24 hours. Don't buy from them

I actually give no stars. Ii cancelled a couple minutes after I realised how difficult I was to get hold of you. Then you tried to charge me nearly £50. Disgusting!! Goodness know if anyone needed you in a accident! I just hope my money gets refunded ASAP! As promised!

Put the price up from the quote by over £25.00 all because of a data error had wrong month on oct instead of Nov ending up deleting wife off policy to try to lower premium

I didn’t make any purchase! I turned off auto renewal and you took another year’s payment anyway. You even emailed me to confirm that my policy had expired! I’ve now got no money in my bank account over the bank holiday weekend, you thieving bastards. You haven’t even got a phone number or email address to contact you on - only a mindless chatbot, who suggested I pay you another £50 to cancel a policy I did take out! That money better be back first thing on Tuesday or you’ll have more bad reviews that you could ever imagine everywhere online and you’ll see me sitting discussing your thievery with Martin Lewis. You picked the wrong person to rob. I’m disgusted with you.

No telephone number to contact about renewal and the online chat service shuts early. I am not even able to log on to cancel my renewal as they have put the price up from £474 to £883 and I have over 20 years of no claims. Not able to communicate with the company.

I feel that I had the worse experience ever with this company I got insurance out for my car, 10 days before it was due to start cheap quote and good saving I had to pay £55 up front then monthly payments, that day my existing car insurance came up with a better quote so I wanted to cancel yogas insurance, you charged me £51 charges to cancel something that had not even started yet, I’m understandably upset being disabled saving every penny counts , I hope this company stops taking money from clients for doing nothing,

You were very competitive and seemed great. I paid my deposit and set up the direct debit. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the sort code. Rather than tell me politely that I’d made a mistake (one digit) you emailed a rather blunt cancellation notice. I checked and amended the mistake immediately. I the received a letter on the 22nd saying that my policy was cancelled on 22nd. I had an online chat with one of your operatives who assured me that my policy was in place. There was really no need for all the worry and drama. No one ever wants to have to claim on an insurance policy but I shall certainly worry more than usual for the next 11.5 months that I’m with you. I do feel that you need to address your procedures. Ps I never ever complain about anything but on this occasion I was left very upset and worried and feel my complaint is justified.

It was the wrong insurance which was immediately cancelled as it was a mistake. The charge for cancellation is excessive

I paid nearly £80 to amend my policy as I was getting a new car when the policy came through the car cost was £12 instead of £12000 now I’m being charged an extra £30 to get it corrected …… a fault that was no fault of my own good luck trying to contact this company with a queery without your credit card in hand as it seems that’s the only time they want to talk to you

So far been over 2 months since my minor collision. Still no repair done. Was passed to CVS who seeminly do not have any way to contact One Call so you are left with chat option. Repairers are stalling trying to get more money from One Call. Very poor experience nothing joined up just left to chase everything on your own.

I did not ask for my motor insurance to be renewed and there is no contact number to get in touch. Won’t accept password to gain access to account. Not recommended
