Terrible service I bought my insurance yesterday and BY LAW you get a 14 day cooling off period but you have charged me £50 to cancel. I'm going to get in touch with trading standards. It says below how did I communicate with you. Well telephone is a joke as you can't ring your only on line

Difficult to communicate with as online only, cannot speak to anyone in person. Made an error whilst booking online, contacted them via live chat within 30 minutes & was charged £49.99 to change! Would not recommend.

Nothing went wrong, however I was previously insured with One Call insurance and due to their total incompetence ( they sent emails, stating my insurance was cancelled, Twice, ( No valid reason ) after complaint they said mistake was theirs) therefore there was no way I would continue to use One Call again. After insuring with Yoga I have now found out ‘ same business’ companies connected, same building, same employees. Next year I’ll be more careful.

Hi, I see that my insurance has renewed following this email. Unfortunately, I was out of the UK when this email came so I did not follow it up. Now I am back I notice that my premium has gone up 48%. I feel bushwacked!! What is the reason for such a massive increase please? None of my circumstances have changed, my car and mileage are the same. My health is unchanged. Please outline the reason for this outlandish increase. Thank you. Tim Elsigood

Renewal quote ridiculous, £1.8k higher than last years. Then auto renewed when I didn’t want to. So cancelled the policy the exact same day it renewed and they want £54 for the pleasure. Absolute shambles!

Within 15 mins I had a reduced quote of almost £40. I had unfortunately pressed the button, but in over 40 years, always had the opportunity to close policy, more recently without penalty if staying with the same company I had no idea you have to do everything on line and cannot talk to staff I used the bot and told could cancel. Next message I questioned the fee, and told £49.99 - all in terms and conditions. £7.50 admin for buying a policy? Lesson learned. Had paid £28.99 for upgrade re hire car, but will revert back to the Post Office having read the reviews here also.

I had to cancel the policy before it even started, owing to a change in circumstances, and was charged £49.99. This is disgraceful. I fail to see how this can be legal. There is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, so to charge for nothing seems totally wrong. I will be investigating further and taking advice on this.

Pay for what you get. I need to get in contact with this company as the fake live chat and other means on their website are not answering my questions. They need a proper live chat at least. Very disgruntled customer. Unless they are able to contact me by some means of communication i'll will not be using this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my policy within a couple hours of taking it out and lost £50. 1/7th of the cost of the insurance . I thought there was a cooling off period of 14 days to cancel such a policy. This cost for cancellation is absolutely outrageous and disproportionate to the cost of policy. Plus these cancellation costs were not made clear until cancellation.

You sent me an e mail saying my insurance had terminated even although I was on auto insure. Then another e mail saying you had reinsured me, at massively increased price. I had two active policies for same car! All really poorly managed

Been with them a long while but my renewal was 75% higher than previous year the worst problem I couldn’t speak to anyone to discuss as virtual site Cancelled policy which I got charged 69.00 had no claims on policy .

I had a car insurance policy with OneCall insurance and needed to make a simple alteration to my policy which had just two months left to run on it. I spent half an hour on a 'live chat' being offered upgrades to the policy that I didn't want, and eventually it was revealed that there would be an admin fee of almost fifty pounds to change one single detail on the policy (the annual mileage). I declined and asked to cancel the policy instead... that would cost even more to do. Instead I used the Meerkats' comparison site and found Yoga was the cheapest quote to start up a new policy and no 'well known' companies came close, so I took the risk of using a company this I had not previously heard of. It was quite a simple and efficient process, however, upon receiving my documents I realise that Yoga and OneCall are the same company, so I'm still insured with same underhanded con-persons that I tried to get away from.
