“Ridiculous company. I have had insurance with a different company for the last year. I have been told that my insurance has auto-renewed with Yoga - so how does that happen if you are not actually a current customer? So I have cancelled the policy (I already have another policy for this car) and it's going to cost me £100 - I need to talk to the FSA- what a disgrace!”

When I applied to cancel the policy I was charged £49.99 to end a policy that hadn’t even come into force. This is appalling treatment”

“I wanted to cancel the automatic renewal but the question was unanswered by the website. I know from the other low marks others have had the same problem yet in the pre-information it makes it sound so easy.

“They make it a nightmare to try and cancel your renewal! Can’t get hold of anyone, impossible to try and log on to the portal! Do not send out passwords when your old one doesn’t work.

“Poor. There is no telephone customer service...no direct customer help. It took me 2 hours to fill the forms out and even then I got it wrong due to no friendly voice to help me. I wont be re-newing next year. Being an only service creares its own problems. Its all abt 'bottom line' with companies like yours. If id known that from the beginning id have never gone with you. “I visited yoga via money supermarket. I made a mistake with my driving licence no. and so yoga would not accept it. I corrected this but yoga would still not accept it. I went back to money supermarket and corrected it but yoga would still not accept it. I then did a new quote on money supermarket with the correct no. and yoga would STILL NOT ACCEPT IT! I then went direct to yoga and my licence was accepted but the premium had increased by ten pounds!”
“I bought this insurance because it seemed to have the best price for what it offered. My mistake was i didnt read the details because i was rushing to get it done. Its an online service only which put me off and when i went to cancel before policy began i have been charged £49.99. i can understand a small fee for admin but thats a hefty price when i havent used their services yet. It was bank holiday so cant do online chat and now cant use my log in because ive cancelled im guessing. Seems a very unethical way of operating and communication is vital in a people based business. “My direct debit would not renew, I got told my insurance would be cancelled. So I took out insurance again from the date you sad my insurance would stop. Do effectively I have taKen out the same insurance twice! I could not speak to a human, who could have resolved my direct debit issue easily!”
