“I couldn't get a confirmation from the Yoga site (which I entered from GoCompare) that my policy had finalised.The session went through the whole process of data entry,add-ons etc,took my card details etc,then unfortunately hung,only to go back to the start of the process with nothing saved that I had entered.I had to go through it a second time and it hung again.I didn't have a good experience to be honest,and now have two policies,even though the site didn't show this.It won't even let me log in as it doesn't recognise my details.Very frustrated with my experience,and will be calling to sort this out tomorrow,I've been v busy in work today and unable to call.Customer service was closed by the time I finished.I hope my issues can be resolved.”
“Be very carfeul with their policy. They will use an automated system to automatically validate any no claims discount and can leave you open to big issues further down the line. This also breaks comparison websites to put them at the top because no matter what no claims you select, they wil lautomatically set whatever amount they think it is to get to the top! Read your policy documents very carefully. Also they wanted a £50 cancellation fee even though the policy hadn't started yet and was still under the 14 day cooling off period. Even after agreeing to waive the £50 charge, they have stilll charged a 'time on cover' charge despite the insurance policy not even needing to be started for the next 2 weeks. This is despite them admitting that they couldn't offer a suitable product through no fault of my own. There is no mention of the amount of no claims bonus on the payment page so you have no idea what you're signing up for.”
“Tried to cancel 10 minutes after taking out policy (turns out my husband had already renewed) and I got charged around £60. A £15 admin fee I could understand but this was a ridiculous sum for automated service.”
“Unable to speak to anyone at all - they auto renewed my policy when I had already taken out insurance with a company where I can speak to someone on the phone and they post out my insurance documents - no help available at all available from Yoga - not good for anyone who is not good with technology - still no idea how to get a refund or if I will end up with bank charges for a policy I do not want or need”
“You simply can’t speak to a human being. The chat bot is inadequate. I tried to change my vehicle and ended with a new policy for my new car and my existing policy still running hence I have 2 policies. I need a phone call from a human being to resolve this.”

“After receiving the Yoga initial quote I waited for payday ( approximately one week later) to conclude the payment only to learn they had “refreshed “ /increased it by £6, I didn’t notice anywhere on the website that this would incur additional increase and they then they had the audacity to say this 2nd quote would only hold for 6 hours .
Even Moneysupermarket wasn’t aware of this arrangement since they were still quote the original price.
A bit sharp practises here and certainly not what I expected from a Blue Chip Insurer.”

You took full payment from my bank even after I cancelled the auto renew after paying £385 with the post office. Then, you charged me £53.99 admin fee even after I sent you a copy of my new insurance certificate proving I did not need your cover. When I went to a go compare site you quoted just over £400 as a new customer not £1508 ????' I put a claim in for cosmetic repair after hitting a deer in September, my vehicle was not taken for repair until April and its still in there now (OVER THREE MONTHS WITHOUT MY CAR NOW) your service is beyond anything I have ever encountered or heard of from anyone else.”
“Cancelled my policy on portal so this did not auto renew but they still renewed it. No contact details to speak to anyone. Chat kept referring me back to portal. Absolutely ridiculous. However finally got through to live chat after several attempts and have now been told this is cancelled. I await a confirmation email!!!”
