“Well i bought it with spring to anyone and tried to cancel the same day.
I thought there was a 14 cooling off period and the policy doesn't start for around 10 days policy was £ 52 but you want to charge me £49 to cancel it.
I will keep it for this year and hope nothing g happens bit I won't renew next year.

“The price was competitive, unfortunately when I noticed when I read the policy documents, that it didn't include use for business, and when I tried to change this there was a £25 charge, I didn't update the policy as it was an option to use the car for business, but not happy with not being able to discuss easily with an agent.”
