They enrolled me in an automatic renewal without making it clear. I cancelled the policy through their web chat, and their agent confirmed that I would not have to pay anything further.
A few weeks later, I unexpectedly received a solicitor's notice demanding payment. I contacted them again via web chat, and they admitted that it was their agent's mistake. Despite acknowledging their error, they still insisted that I had to pay.
This is completely unacceptable. In my experience, the company has been misleading and unprofessional. I feel that customers should be very careful before dealing with them.”
