Also I was genuinely surprised that in adding my partner to my policy you offered a refund
Maybe I’m naive but was expecting a chatge

“Can’t get on app to retrieve quote, redid quote came up three times the price. Had to accept to get the car home and a day later still can’t change it or alter it as it’s not been added to the portal. Second year with yoga two cars, think it’s time to look for new insurers. The inability to speak to them is extremely frustrating.”

Good price again, good Comms, app is fine but when I tried to register my new van insurance to my current app account, it failed and didn't give me a reason ?? Needs a little more work on the options when registering guys. But, can't fault the rest

“Into my second year being insured with Yoga. TBH I was a bit susceptible about going with a budget insurer, but to date I have no complaints, nor claims. Found it easy to add an additional vehicle, and got the best price. Not so sure about the possible unavailability of a courtesy vehicle I added to my main policy, in that event they would pay £15 daily for public transport. Given I stay in a rural location with a mile to walk to the nearest bus stop, still to see how that would work.”
