“The price was not competitive this year and I found there was NO number or email to contact Yoga to speak or email anyone, even the live char just circumvents you back to a website where I cannot log and leave any questions.
I wrote stating I do not want to renew only to have money taken out my account. I will be making a formal complaint Very disappointed A Robb”

“Once purchased, the process was simple, informative & comprehensive. All documents were easily downloaded & strait forward & txt confirmation received of claims & breakdown phone number.
What was bad were differing quotes from the comparison sites(looked at 5 in total) & quotes differed by over £50, then when transferred to Yoga, those quotes, all bar one, shot up by up to another £50. Only 1 site, Confused.com, remained the same, therefore it was the one I purchased, the process leading to this was very frustrating & annoying.”
