“Once purchased, the process was simple, informative & comprehensive. All documents were easily downloaded & strait forward & txt confirmation received of claims & breakdown phone number.
What was bad were differing quotes from the comparison sites(looked at 5 in total) & quotes differed by over Ā£50, then when transferred to Yoga, those quotes, all bar one, shot up by up to another Ā£50. Only 1 site, Confused.com, remained the same, therefore it was the one I purchased, the process leading to this was very frustrating & annoying.”
