“When taking this insurance last year I explicitly said no to automatic renewal. When I received my renewal offer I replied saying I won’t be renewing. About 2 weeks before renewal date a bought and paid in full another insurance company. On the day of renewal I get a message saying thanks for renewing from you. I try all day through the chat to get in touch to sort this only continue to get referral to do it on the portal. The portal don’t have the decline renewal option the chat keeps telling me to use. I can’t get to speak to a human. It’s absolutely ridiculous.”
“5 Star on price, communication and very easy to purchase - can't comment on their RAC breakdown equivalent except it didn't fill me with confidence - it's some form of insurance policy @ £20 per call out for 2 call outs per year but as I am low local mileage it didn't bother me.
If I breakdown I'll write a review.”

“The Portal is impossible to use! I have tried to cancel one policy and it's not recognised? There appears to be no function to change the password, if you have forgotten it? If I had realised there was no customer service phone contact, I would not have signed up to Yoga.”
“I made a mistake with the start date of my insurance but was unable to connect to an agent to rectify this.
So I cancelled the policy thinking I would start the whole thing over again, but got charged a whopping £50 cancellation fee despite being in cool off period. Needless to say I got my insurance elsewhere”
