“Very easy process to buy my car insurance. Easy options to choose extras. Very quick to receive confirmation with just one email attaching all important documents. One thing I was not happy with was the VERY HEAVY fee, even within the 14-day cool off period, if you cancel. In my opinion this is NOT the freedom one should have to read through the many documents and change your mind if unhappy with certain aspects that are not divulged before initiating acceptance. The VERY HEAVY fee within the 14-day cooling off period discourages people from changing their mind. I feel that this is extremely unfair and extortionate!”

Just been looking at my credit card statement and not thrilled to see I have been charged two deposit payments, instead of the one quoted. Maybe that's because I have changed the direct debit due date from the 10th to the 22nd, so the first payment will not be collected for two months.
Hopefully the policy will proceed smoothly over the coming months.”
