“The money for my insurance was taken out of my account on 21st July. I did make it clear my insurance was not due until the 5 th of August. I was covered until the4th August.”
“Whilst I am very happy with the quote I was given a year ago - cheapest by a long way and easy to set up - I am disappointed with email communication regarding renewing my policy. I had an email today saying 'thank you for choosing to renew' when I hadn't chosen and it was automated by Yoga. Having heard nothing from Yoga in the last week about potential cost of renewing, I went through the usual comparison site stuff, went with the cheapest because Yoga were more expensive on the comparison site and then had the automated renewal from Yoga today at £70 cheaper than the one I took out yesterday! I have just cancelled yesterday's and stuck with Yoga. I thought it was a legal requirement to offer a renewal quote to existing customers?? Fortunately the one I cancelled didn't charge me the cancellation fee or I would have been more irritated by it!”
“I do not like talking to machines , invariably they say "I don't understand" goes on and on THEN I get passed to an agent.original quote was for additional named driver that was ALL original quote , when I went ahead , signed and paid policy sent through , NO second driver listed when I went to print off !! Difficulty then getting back in touch , after 2hours it was sorted out . Far easier if existing customers could talk to a REAL person, only number available is for claims !! Which WILL NOT accept questions other than a claim.”
“Best price, easy to purchase, except, it wasn't. Unfortunately the purchase process got itself in a loop at the 'saving details' stage and nothing would budge it. But went onto the chat function and they solved it by sending me a link by email. It would be 5 stars IF the system had behaved itself!”

as you only sent my username but no password which was promised in an email which up to now I have not received, and I would like to have my documents in hard copy through the post if possible.”

“As my insurer for the past 5yrs,couldn't quote me a reasonable price for renewable,Yoga on Go Compare,was the insurer that suited my price requirement the best,though the site wasn't as easy as needed,some services not needed,such as breakdown,couldn't be removed,so my policy would have been even cheaper,l have requested my a paper policy be posted,but have not received verification.”
“Renewal price was more expensive than taking out a new policy so I went for that. Seems ridiculous and got nowhere with the live chat. Couldn’t find a phone number.”
“Easy to navigate website and simple payment process. Sadly entered my email incorrectly and so had to change 5mins after purchase and they charged me £20 for the change - but extreme in my opinion so make sure you enter everything correctly first time 🙈”
“I already had a car insurance police with Yoga and was given a renewal price. I then checked the comparison site and found Yoga was offering a better price than my renewal. I tried to phone Yoga to discuss it as I was unsure if the cover was exactly the same but there was no phone number so I accepted the new policy. I then had to cancel the old one and couldn't do it online so I did a live chat and it was sorted out for me that way. It all took such a long time to do and if I could have spoken to someone about the renewal price it would have been done easier and quicker. Anyway I’ve got my new policy but wonder if next year I will want to have all of that inconvenience.”
“Although it had a good rating I would have liked a phone number or emial address for contact before purchasing to confirm a number of things.
Also initial price was great but then it started adding additional offers at more cost. I want an up front amount not a basic then add this and that.”
