“I spoke to customer help as I wanted no claims discount protection and was told my quote had been updated. I went ahead with that policy based on customer service confirming this had been added but it doesn’t look like I have no claims protection so I am currently querying what happened as I’m hoping this can be added as promised in which case I can give a full 5 Star rating”
“Connected to site via comparison site, price of cover good, didn't expect to have to add more cost to some parts of cover after initial price advertised. After agreeing usually other sites offer 14 day cooling off period but this wasn't offered as I would have cancelled due to my outgoing insurance was offering a better deal and cheaper than yoga, so a little disappointed with myself for shopping too early for renewal.”
“Great priced insurance and easily set up but I was expecting my first monthly payment to be taken from my bank via direct debit and it hadn't yet? Thats a week now”
“On the plus side, this was by far the cheapest quote I received but it was an effort. The web site is painfully slow and actually went down on two different days..I was going to accept the initial quote but then decided to add another named driver.Because of the computer problems this took over 24 hours. I was surprised that the quote went down but I couldn't accept it because the site was down again.
The following day I was initially furious to read that my quote had expired and I had to start again. This I did, and was amazed to see another and this time, significant reduction. Before there was another computer glitch I accepted.
The lack of a contact number bothers me and if there is this much of a problem when you are trying to give them business, it worries me what it will be like if you need to call on the insurance.”
“Just bought insurance with this provider and was surprised when the first instalment was taken from my bank account even though my documentation and forms clearly show that insurance isn’t needed until the middle of July!”
“I eventually got my insurance set up but it kept refusing payment after several attempts and different cards which had ample funds it accepted the payment. But it wouldn’t accept monthly it took the full amount”
“You never really know how good an insurance company is until you make a claim. The introductory rate seems good but I make it a point to stipulate, right from the start, ‘do not auto renew’. Most companies try to squeeze a further 20% or so out of you for repeat policies, even though nothing else has changed. In my view this is a scam and if there have been no claims then the premium should reduce not increase. When I tried to have my policy record annotated ‘do not auto-renew’ it seems that I will need to wait until 28 days before it expires to do this. I can only assume that Yoga hopes that I will be too inattentive to remember this needs to be done and they will auto-renew + 20%!? That is the reason that I have given only 3 stars. John Hair.”

“The process to obtain insurance was straight forward and easy enough. The quote was oneof the lowest and for good reason. Please pay attention to the fact that even though the advertising says free hire car, free driver protection, etc, etc. These free offerings are so basic as to be virtually worthless, and then of course you have to pay a good deal extra for the " upgrade" significantly raising the premium. You get nothing for free in life but it would be more honest if yoga just offered the decent cover in the beginning. This, however, would make them far less attractive and drop them down the comparison charts. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware.”

“At 1st I cancelled my renewal as it had increased by over £100 . Over a few weeks I looked at go compare a few quotes came up at a better price , still took the time over a few more days then yoga popped up with a quote less than what was offered on renewal . So excepted but why couldn’t you offer the better deal on renewal just trying to rip us off”
