“I was insured by One Call but on renewal the premium was not competitive, used a comparison website and the best was Yoga so I went with that quote. Had a bit of hassle with cancelling my policy so it didn’t renew with One Call so I was pleased to move but I see Yoga and OneCall are in the same office🙄, one call should have offered the same competitive quote as yoga and saved me the hassle, feel like I was being conned by one call and now Yoga”

Did not appreciate receiving an email short before renewal to state that ‘a Pre -authorisation sweep had been done on my bank account and it had either run out of funds or expired.’ Neither were true as it turned out but I spent several hours trying to check. Very worrying with so much bank fraud going on.
Had any body had a claim processed smoothly.?

“I got the deal i wanted, but boy was it hard work. I was quoted £147 approx, via confused ,com. but every time I was about to pay it changed it to £648 and I had to start again, this happened 3 times. The time i managed to buy the insurance, was going to be my last attempt, so it was a close call.”
