“Yoga have taken there first payment as yet, and will love too give them top rating after I have been with them a while price was good with attachments for breakdown included all good so far providing I check the policy for home start is there if not will stay with green flag so see how it goes when next renewal is due best of luck hope to be giving better star rating then thankyou”

“Competitively priced insurance bought through Go.Compare so they'll cover the £250 excess if I need it. Impressed that Yoga covers legal expenses and breakdown for the price that others don't. The true test of car insurance can only be measured when you need to make a claim, please god I don't. Only 3 star due to the nightmare I had paying online, that needs sorting out, as I nearly bought elsewhere!”

Feb 2023: Yoga has not registered my vehicle insurance on the Motor Insurance Database and this needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency!”

It was annoying as it took me a week to think about what to do and In that time the price went up twice no idea why it should have done was scared to leave it any longer incase it went up again but it’s done now
I will have to wait now to see how they perform as an insurance company if needed ( but hopefully not)”
“Got renewal quote and opted for auto renewal,however noticed that policy not renewed so had to cancel policy and cancel auto renewal and take out new policy,which ended me having to pay almost £50 more,not happy as unable to speak to anyone yesterday (Sunday 29th January).i will shop around next year.”

However when processing my insurance all the extra add ons came at an extra cost!!!! I feel this is wrong saying you have breakdown cover , courtesy car at a price . “Competitive quote was good. Greatest problem is communication. I have been trying, since purchase six days ago, to contact the company but it is very difficult. I would appreciate the confirmation of purchase to give more details than thank you for purchase on a no-reply Email. A temporary certificate would help. Particularly need method of contact- have only been able to find make-a-claim.”

“Found Yoga on go-compare for car insurance. Got a good deal but was a bit shocked about the £15 admin charges especially as all is done on line, and the documents are already written so the docs get to you within minutes. No doubt next year Yoga will probably double this years price. However, the communication (on line) is good keeps you up to date and get docs very quickly and the price was over £100 cheaper.”
“The website is easy to navigate and find what I was looking for.
Insurance companies are much the same, until you have to make a claim. Thankfully, so far I haven't had to, but should I need to, then Yoga will have the chance to prove how customer focussed they are.”
