“Good value insurance but they said I could cancel automatic renewal via live chat once I'd registered. That appears not to be true (the bot just keeps asking if I want to cancel the policy) so I'm a bit annoyed by that. There are real disadvantages to not being able to ring!”

“Price was excellent. Online application was easy, apart from two occasions when it failed to record my information and I was given an error reference. I needed to call customer service as the second occasion was during my payment and I didn’t know if this had gone through. However, Brian was unable to find me on the system and promised to call me back the next morning. He didn’t. I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed payment had been made.”

“Your price was the lowest for my car and having applied thru TopCashback I was hoping that Topcash back would give me an additional discount for going thru their website. It is now over a month and no sign of of any payback. I am wondering if Yoga need to alert TopCashback about my purchase from you. I am of the opinion that if there is a failure by either party then having to spend time to chase to secure my payback, then I will be vary next time round.
However the process of purchasing from Yoga was reasonably smooth pre-application and post committing my self of the insurance purchase and I would recommend your services to others.”
“Easy to take out the policy, price good, and documents sent in the post without extra charge which I like (being an oldie I like paper documents!). Have only given 3 stars because setting up the policy is only half the job - the other two stars are reserved for if I have to make a claim, that's when an insurance company proves itself worthy.”
“I can't comment on the service Yoga provides, hopefully it will be excellent because their premium is outrageous. I don't know why (no points, accidents, endorsements etc), but the end premium was £70 more than the comparison site quote given. I would have cancelled but they would have charged me £50 admin fee!!!!
Lesson learnt... Don't leave things till last minute :-(”
