“We are trying to cancel our car insurance, but we cannot get onto the portal to do so, we are not getting any communication at all, this is absolutely out of the question poor customer service 6 days we have been trying. We need at least a contact number, pleased be assured the direct debit will be cancelled at the end of this month when the policy is due for renewal.”
