I had a challenge in finding some covers for some metal drive lights that are a million years old and look worse for wear, and are leaking at the top (onto wiring below) because the original caps have long ago deteriorated. By googling I found VITAL PARTS and whilst they had nothing that exactly fitted the bill, there were a few 'possible' products, so I phoned them. The customer agent was FANTASTIC - given this was going to be a less than £20 sale - and i ordered the nearest product that might fit the bill. But the grey colour is not what I wanted, so I asked can they be painted, and the care agent asked a technical person, who said paint with acrylic for flexibility. I now have 6 great caps. Job very well done and thank you VITAL PARTS. I wish all suppliers were appreciative of even the smallest order at the level of customer service you gave me.
