While there were many options to purchase two extractor fans from the major outlets it was the reviews that initially attracted me to this company. Purchased two units and unfortunately one was a little noisy. One email to their CS and a replacement was sent out within the week. The customer service will always win out. So very impressed with their response time and restorative action. I would have no hesitation purchasing from you again, and would recommend to friends. The product itself is a sleek modern unit and the built in LED’s give out a decent amount of light.
