Fitted this to Stage 3 Cupra 280 and it did what they say it does (reduces temps by 15 - 20 degrees) but i also found that it took longer to get up to max temps. Fitting was done by Garage and they said fitted with no issues but on the Cupra my Light washer kit meant you could not follow the Golf instruction's but it was still easy to fit. Support confirmed they reccomend cleaning the filter every 6 months (you wash them) but you can buy new ones if you like. If you have an older car Pre-2016 you will require a 2016+ Oil Filter Stem (06L115678Q) make sure its been done if not replace.
