The ordering process was nice and easy, the item was sent tracked and arrived earlier than expected. There was a minor blemish on one of the knives, Farrar and Tanner couldn't do enough to rectify the issue. They offered to replace the whole set but I opted to just have the one knife replaced. The replacement knife was sent and received with no issues, the problem knife was returned and I was kept updated through the whole process. I am now the proud owner of a cracking set of knives.
